Please dont come to this subway unless you would like to be harassed for ordering food ?. I’ve received racist derogatory remarks by a worker here for asking a question about sizes of bread. Refused my brother service because he doesn’t speak English. This was my first time going to subway in years and definitely my last time. Customer service is what makes or breaks a shininess and I definitely wordiness be returning based of my experience. If you don’t like working in customer service then maybe your the problem! Subway hire workers that are willing to be patient and respectful towards their customers !

This location is the worst. Last night they claimed they were out of sauce and could not fill my order. Tonight, I walked in at (:30 PM and the girl behind the counter said they are closed, despite the posted hours showing a closing time at 10:00 PM and despite the front door being wide open. If you go to this location, lower your expectations. They will do anything they can, cut every corner, to get out of giving you a quality experience. Exemplifies bad business. Forever lost my consumer dollar to the Arby's that is a quarter mile away. Shame on Subway.

Vegetables option were limited as they had everything but the quality of the vegetables were horrible. Spinach was slimy, bell pepper was old and discolored. My daughter found a hair in lettuce of her sandwich The bathrooms was horrible. I would have rather gone outside. We stopping in around 11am. Don't know how they could open with everything in that condition. Usually a new day you fill everything up with fresh new veggies and make sure the bathrooms are clean. Service was decent as we were the only ones there. That should have been a sign to us. We should have went to the bathroom first, because we wouldn't have stayed.

Let me start off by saying that the employees behind the counter were super nice. I ordered a Bacon, chicken, ranch. They made my sandwich, and I took it to go. I started to eat it, and it just tasted nasty. I figured I'd give it another shot and took another bite. When I pulled the sandwich back, a strip of bacon pulled out. It wasn't cooked all the way. It took a lot not to puke, but I was man enough to make it. I wrapped it up and tossed it into the first trash can I saw.

Elizabeth would not go the extra mile & make tuna when they ran out of it!! She said she was too busy yet I was the only one in the there & I even waited 45 mins for her to make it! Nothing but attitude! Never go here again. Terrible customer service! Do not go here!

Went to place an order for my sub, and I was going to pay after myself was done. The worker had me pay for my sub or. And then asked me what I want on it. I told him lettuce and mayo. He told me that we’re all out of lettuce. We have a vegetable but that you run out of lettuce early no sign on the door nothing letting customers know and then he laughed about it

Might not be wise to lock the door more than 15 minutes before your advertised closing time. Got here at 945 and the door was locked and an associate was just standing at the front register playing on their phone acting like the store is open because of the cameras. Personally I recommend retraining and a stronger management presence. Very happy that I drove 15 minutes to get here. This is a good way to kill a business.
