Was just in and the one woman was a complete nightmare of a employee . She was extremely rude and very hostel with customers. Im very dishearten to make a negative review because of one employee , the rest of them are nice and very kind , i get the same Menace to customers every-time i go I guess i will just got to the other on now on

Convenient place to stop for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. They also serve hot and cold lattes, hot tea and delicious cold brew coffee. Depending on the time of day, there can be a long line at the drive thru. However, service is always good and they treat their customers well.

This is one of the three locations that I know of in Buffalo who still offer glazed cinnamon buns. Everyone else carries apple fritters only and they're just not the same.They also consistently remember to cut the bagels in half after making them which makes them easier to eat.The only issue I have here is the drivethrough is poorly designed for someone with a manual transmission. You have to stop on the steepest part to order and then feather the clutch all the way to the window.

Sat in drive thru long enough to place an order for pickup. Neither of my coffees were marked as to what they were. Neither came with sugar and 1 was burnt and tasted gross. I assumed with the recent remodel, the service and coffee would be better but apparently not.

OK now I understand I have a unusual order with requesting a large iced coffee triple triple with a shot of hazelnut, caramel, and vanilla, however I've been getting it for years and know what it's supposed to look and taste like. After being asked kinda rudely "you want all that in 1 cup" placed on hold then laughing a bit, they OVERRR sugared the damn coffee and I could see the sugar unstirred at the bottom ?

I went there today for breakfast sandwiches I got two English muffin bacon and two wraps bacon terrible I get better breakfast wraps at Taco Bell or Burger King (Tim hortons ) charges you a lot of money for these breakfast sandwiches and they stink too bad Dunkin' Donuts is it close by because their breakfast sandwiches are great

Went through drive thur ordered 1 large & 1 medium coffee & asked for receipt. Pulled up to window did not get large coffee but 2 medium's and when told mistake answer was "well you paid for medium never offered to replace with large and asked twice for receipt and never got it. Not accommodating at all.
