I downloaded the app and it basically confused me and some staff at a few locations. I bought more than I planned on because of the confusion. I was told a few times that they don't even deal with it ? I enjoy the food, but this leaving a bad taste in my mouth!4
I’m not usually one to complain or leave a poor review but I used to work in food service as a manager, & the service here was unacceptable. First of all, I went in at 6pm on a Thursday. It was completely dead there, only one car in front of me in the drive thru & maybe a customer or two inside. I ordered one combo meal.
