Ew. The floors are so filthy that they make squelching sounds as your feet stick to them. The walls and machines are filthy and needs to be wiped down, same with chairs. The basic lack of regard for health and hygiene made me really uneasy, but I'd just had an MRI and i wanted a treat darn it. Sadly, the flavors tasted wildly chemical. The young lady behind the counter, howeve, was helpful and sweet. Deep wipes downs of all surfaces a couple times a day would make a big difference in the skeevy atmosphere, but the flavors need a natural overhaul.

I would go back as this is the only frozen yogurt place close by for me. The first frozen yogurt place I went to while living in Florida was Menchie's frozen yogurt (there is one that is in Canada). Anyways, there was frendly service, but in the second visit the person checking us out was also trying to check out and keep up with her FaceTime conversation with her friend. Sadly Menchies's had little sample cups with little spoons so you knew what kind of flavor you were getting and if you liked it. The service here didn't look like they even offered such a thing so it was basically good luck hopefully you enjoyed the flavors/flavor that you picked. And Menchies had such a better inviting atmosphere and layout. Inside Yotottaly looked bland and a rush paint job on the walls and lots of empty space especially near the front entrance. Menchies was super colorful inside. I will be back as my kids love the frozen yogurt and picking of your own toppings. But I definitely do prefer Menchies over Yotottaly.

Amazing froyo / ice cream place, toppings are usually delicious. I’ve been coming here for years. However, it was never really been the same after COVID. Always seem to have flavors and toppings missing, costs went up a ton… I don’t blame the employees, not really. The food is still good, though. So I would recommend coming here (just, y’know, not all the time. unless you’re okay with getting diabetes lol)!

So many flavors! Without the swirl option between every two handles this operation offers many more flavors than the usual fro-yo establishment. I was pleasantly surprised by how creamy all of the options were. In our 4 days in town I made two trips to this place - it made my day each visit! The only negative part of this place was the parking - it is around the back and could be a pain in rainy or snowy months. Wouldn't stop me coming here, though!

This is a very relaxing and pretty place to bring the family to try different flavors of frozen yogurts, gelatos and Italian ices. It’s a build-your-own dessert experience and they even give you the opportunity to sample before buying. We enjoyed making the right selection! They change the selection as they get new desserts. We love the experience but wish they had smaller dishes instead of the only big size bowl. The young woman at the counter was very sweet and helpful.
