Always consistent and have been ordering take out for years. It is a family business and they are all polite and courteous. If they were not, they would not be in business for as long as they have been. Prices are very good and generally have the wonton egg drop mix soup. Also egg rolls and spring rolls. The combo platters are also delicious as well as their pad thai. Always worth the visit.

** AVOID AT ALL COST ** TWO HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES!1. The first bad experience was when I placed a delivery and the delivery man rang my door bell - 1 minute went by and the delivery man started aggressively banging on my window with his fist - I answered the door and made it clear to him you had no business banging on anyone’s window - I called the restaurant and explained to them what happen and THEY FOUND IT HILARIOUS & LAUGHED IT OFF - right then and there I should have never gave them business ever again. Keep in mind the portions are minimal along with NO FORTUNE COOKIES & SIDE SAUCES! They serve you bare minimum!2. The second horrible experience was when my wife places an order and they delivered the completely wrong order and took absolutely no accountability for their error! They didn’t even want to rectify the screw up by bringing us the correct order - THEY ARGUED WITH MU WIFE & INSISTED they didn’t mess up - keep in mind we always generously tip the delivery man - they were unwilling to provide customer services.I run a family owned company as most Chinese restaurants are, the fact that these ungrateful selfish inconsiderate business operation is in a beautiful community such as Albertson and Williston is a disgrace! WE ORDER FROM “HAPPY GARDEN CHINESE RESTAURANT” & THEY ARE GENEROUS & 1000000 times better tasting than Hong Kong Chineses Restaurant. STAND CLEAR OF THESE RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL PENNY PINCHING OPERATION!

Order food but threatened no delivery until tip was increased. Never will go back there. Food has gotten worse over the years and service with the front staff has been horrible. Miss the old staff. Such a shame.

I have ordered here for years and they used to be very nice but the staff and family that owns the store has become very rude. I recently ordered online for delivery where they give you free delivery but you need to have a 20$ minimum for your subtotal. They also give you options for tip and I live very close by so I chose to tip 3$. 15 minutes after placing the order I received a call from the restaurant that they received my order but I didn't tip enough and they had a 4$ minimum for tip despite the website giving the option for less than 4$ for tip. I agreed to give more in cash when the food arrived and then when the food was delivered, the driver handed me the food and held his hand out expentantly for more money as tip. I will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered take-out, atmosphere was quite empty with 1 table for seating. I asked for a menu and had only looked at the menu for 10 sec. until the woman taking order kept asking what i want.. ordered couple entrees. Food looked tasty but astonishingly bland.

I am beyond disappointed at this establishment as a previous long standing customer. The person who tried to take my order over the phone was being quite rude to me over an optional tip. I was told “no” by the server mutiple times when I mentioned how much tip I preferred on my card . I mentioned I had cash and was continuously refused. Don’t patronize somewhere where the customer isn’t treated respectfully.
