This location is AMAZING!!! The manager Lily is very kind and knowledgeable about the products. The staff are all so nice. You are always greeted with a smile! The place is clean. I highly recommend even if you go to another location to stop by and see the difference! You will be back!

The bubble tea here is phenomenal, with tons of different flavors and toppings available. There are customization options for sugar, ice level, and size. If you order on the app, by the time you drive there your drinks will be done. In store, there is a very short wait time. You can even see the kung fu happening in front of your eyes as the drinks are aggressively shaken in the machines! I would recommend the KF Milk Tea with oreo or the Matcha Red Bean Slush.

Lovely staff and delicious drinks. They serve macaroons, the flavored popcorn, bubble tea, slushy, and more.I got a caramel Macchioto with bubbles topica, and my friend was recommended a Guva tea with chai seed and bubbles topica. We got the white chocolate and rose lychee macaroons, which were delicious.There were no dine in, which was okay, so we had it in the car.

One of the best kft spot! Staff acknowledges you and always greet their customers! The management is really responsible and really care about their customers.
I only come here because it's the closest to me but the tea is not really anything to rave about. The tea isn't strong and it usually tastes a little watered down. I will say though the service here is extremely efficient. They can get really busy in the summer but they pump out those drinks like it's nobody's business.

One of the better Kung Fu Tea spots. I tried their new pistachio milk tea ( they had samples and I was sold!). It was sweet and asked for only 30% sweet. Our only regret was not ordering more.I would definitely go back here with their friendly customer service, cleanliness, tons of parking in this shopping center and choices of fruit and milk teas to try.
