Horrible, the wait was too long and my order was placed on hold while they prepare other customers orders behind me and I was waiting until my food to be finished. Its like, employees were so confuse on preparing food for customers so all in all the service was terrible, i gave this 2 stars not 1 because one employee recognized i was being skipped for no reason and continued on my food to be prepared.
We tried their chicken bowl along with a burrito and one word review would be disappointing. Never ever going back there. The service was decent but the food itself was lacking taste.

I am really disappointed by this visit to Chipotle. I received the worst customer service from one worker around 3pm on Wednesday. This shorter, older, woman with red lipstick didn’t even say a word to me. Instead, looked at me and chuckled to herself.
