Order a couple salads and burritos for my co workers and let me tell you the food was delicious the salads were colorful and really. Excellent customer service and the place was clean. I will recommend this stop when looking for something healthy to eat.

I have been coming here for a few years, and each time I come the service gets worse. You pay $20 for a salad and get barely any ingredients and a bowl of lettuce. Not to mention a couple hours after I eat my salad yesterday I was severely ill for 12 hours throwing up and that was the only thing id eaten all day. Food poisoning has been mentioned on here multiple times. Definitely lost my business

I was excited to try Chopt Creative Salad Co.'s crispy chicken Ranch Wrap and spicy Chicken soup, but unfortunately, both dishes feels like Nausea temptation The crispy chicken was overcooked and lacked seasoning, and the ranch dressing was too bland. The spicy Chicken soup was soo bad & very little heat and a lack of depth in flavor.my experience was poor customer service. I called the restaurant to ask about my order status, I tried multiple times, but the phone just rang and rang. customer service. ⭐️ 1/5"

Went there today for a quick bite. Selection is nice I felt that the scoop/portions used was almost miniature. Looks like they use the smallest scoop available. However food was good. Service was neither above or below expected. My big take away was the tables (when cleaned) were so sticky that the bowl and everything else was actually stuck to the table top. I have to say. If I return it will be for take out.

The quality of their food and service has decreased tremendously from when they opened. The salad is good when they do actually get it right. People making the salad always have a huge attitude.I ordered a two salads from them. They sent the first salad with just lettuce and dressing. Even tho they charged extra for the toppings.The second salad had bugs in it.Horrible experience every time.

Chopt has upped their game lately after a bit of a lull. Seasonal specials have been awesome and quantities are bountiful. Servers are quick and friendly. I prefer to go in person to control dressing quantity and am always in and out, although I tend to go at off hours. Great way to get all of your veggies!!

I always do the online order and start heading there right away, my food is always ready by the time I get there.The food is always good - high quality ingredients, and makes me feel like I'm eating healthy which is always nice!Parking: There is a big lot with plenty of parking, but just be careful moving through it - people here seem to have a tendency to just BACK RIGHT OUT without bothering to see if anyone is coming. They also tend to just stop at random without pulling into a spot and/or tear down the aisles doing like 30.

Used to be my most look forward to weekly stop. Idk what happened. Over the past year it's gotten significantly worse. The quality of the chicken, the preparation, the over all frsheness is just severely disappointing.
