Hoo Won is tucked into a small strip center on Woodbury Rd Close to Woodbury Country Deli. Not the best retail spot but a great location for all the local residents a good ways north of Jericho Tok - an east y place to pull in and grab and go with takeout. Food is always fresh. What we love about this place is the courteous people that are always a pleasure to order from. Ten years ago they returned $100 to my best friends son when he went back in to order - not knowing he had dropped a bill there a day or so before. That's the kind of old fashioned kindly business people that are there. Egg rolls are crispy, fresh duck sauce available - popular choices are shrimp with broccoli - and other variations with vegetables. Wonton Soups a little plain but fresh. Overall reliable takeout.

Best Chinese takeout in the greater Huntington area since Sunshine Kitchen closed. Soup Dumplings, Crab Rangoon were great.

I had the general Tsos chicken, it was crunchy, flavorful and well worth the price for the amount given. The staff is also really friendly. The design of the menu and interiors was like the cookie cutter pattern seen in Chinese restaurants all over the island.

Best quick chinese food in the area! It is not Mr. Chow but it's the best at what it does. Chicken and broccoli, sesame chicken, boneless ribs and anything in garlic sauce are my favorites. I highly recommend eating here.

Love their steamed wontons in garlic sauce. Decent egg rolls, soups are terrific. Every entree we've had has been good to very good. Really can't complain about the food or the folks cooking up my take out orders. There are a few small tables inside if you're inclined to eat here rather then bring your food home. I didn't try their delivery option. Pricing is comparable for the area. Reason for 4 stars vs 5 is the parking lot. If it's busy it can be a bit of a pain maneuvering if you're parked in the front.
