A good number of food options at this large food court. I picked the melt shop because I specifically wanted a plant based burger. Sadly it was very average. Not bad, just pretty bland and the bun seemed slightly stale. Next time I'd probably just get a slice of pizza next door or his the McDonalds.

The grilled chicken was a bit over cooked. Compared to other melt shop locations this one is slightly more expensive and slightly less tasty.

I had the Wagyu burger melt, my son had fried chicken, we both thought our meals were good, especially for the typical standards of a mall food court.

First, you pay a premium eating at Woodbury. A Big Mac meal at McDonald's is $14. The shop bacon cheeseburger was about $16. It says it's made from Waygu beef though it is definitely better than a Big Mac but it is just an ok burger for me, not one that costs $16 or even $10. Service was almost non-existence due to staff shortage. The guy who ran the register had to go back to kitchen to help to get the orders out and there are only 2 other guys who worked there. Our fries were fresh but the burger was not ready so when we got our order the fries were no longer fresh. Management can definitely do better with staffing. I understand this is at a food court but if you are charging a premium on food, I think you should try to do a little better to earn your business.

order the original chicken sandwich and compared to a $1 chicken sandwich from McD’s, McD’s was bigger and slightly thicker. took long time to get meal for one, almost like 25 minutes which is unacceptable. in the photo you can see sauce container almost same size as the sandwichWheelchair accessibility: great

Customer service especially the guy who was working on July 11th, giving me looks and being kids when I asked for a extra barbecue sauce. Never again plus the Mac and cheese were full of grease. But the shake was

I recently ate at the Melt Shop in the Woodbury Commons and it was a great experience! The workers were friendly and very helpful, suggesting menu items to help us decide on what to have. The food came out quickly and it was super tasty! I was surprised with how clean the store was and it’s quickly become my new favorite quick service spot!
This Melt Shop is the bomb! Service is friendly and quick. I loved the original chicken sandwich it’s way better than Chic-Fil-a! It was super busy when I came and the manager was eager to step in and help move the line which was awesome to see! Highly recommend!

I work in the mall and these clowns barely understand any English. I order chicken bacon and ranch melt but recieved a different melt. First time I was like whatever. 2nd time same thing, different item. I told the person on the counter they gave me the wrong item but wanted to charge me again for a full melt! Like jeeze, hire someone who understands to process orders. If I wanted frustration and extra wait, I'll rather get some quality food with the same amount of money. It seems like other reviews also has the same issues!

The staff is very rude and arrogant. The sandwich is a kind of a mess with bread.

New Wagyu burger melt. Toasted white is crunchy & beef is tender moist with sweet onions, cheese, & pickles. Pretty damn good! Cooked to order so waited 5 minutes. I would have preferred sauerkraut over pickles ?
