Don't even know where to start. The customer service is amazing. The workers always try to engage in conversation while still trying to make everything as quick & efficient. I love pizza so I've ate at many different pizza joints in many different states as well & I can say Primas hands down has been my favorite. From their plain slices to their specialty slices..especially the Buffalo even their pasta it's top notch. They are amazing!

Primas pizza is delicious. If anyone was to ask which pizza would i recommend it would be primas pizza in woodhaven. From the pizza to the pasta is 100% guaranteed. The pizza i would say that i like is the margarita pizza and the plan slice. I can also say the Buffalo pizza is a banger. It has so much flavor to it. Try them out you wont be disappointed!! They give great service and make sure the customer is happy.

There are a lot of pizza places in this area, so I almost definitely won't be coming back, since my experience here was just passable. I did like their regular slice and the grandma slice. My daughter thought the Baked Ziti (which was actually Baked Penne) was ok, not great. Wife ordered a Caprese Salad, which was actually pretty bad. The thinly sliced mozzarella somehow felt like it was old. It made no sense to me, as the cheese on what was supposed to be a mozzarella, tomato and chicken "panini" must have been the same, but because it was a heated sandwich, it was a little melted and was much better than the salad. That was NOT what I think of as a panini, though. Seemed more like a very large garlic bread roll with the other ingredients inside, a large sandwich that didn't even look pressed. The Caesar Salad was fresh and the dressing was thick and tasty. Nice job there. They have Boyland brand sodas, Coke and Snapples. We had some chocolate pie that they sell by the slice. It was pretty damn good. The fellow who was helping us from behind the counter, taking the orders and the money and all, I run he could stand to improve his manner. Not to say that he was rude... he wasn't, and he was accommodating when we needed an extra fork, take out containers, dessert, etc. When we first got in there, we were a mess, not knowing what we wanted, and my intellectually disabled brother made things kind of confusing, so that could have thrown this fellow off. But he seemed annoyed, almost like he wanted to explain to us how to place an order. It didn't feel great. He's otherwise just fine, so he can definitely work on his demeanor... smile a little, etc. Anyway, for 5 drinks and all of that food, it cost me $79 plus the $20 tip I gave in cash. Not that bad.

BEST NYC PIZZA JOINTMy experience with Prima Pizza is always the best, They have such a big selection of authentic food options. Prices are Affordable and my favorite part is every food dish is cooked freshly! Staff works very quickly and is very friendly. I always come to prima pizza and have never had a complaint. The attention and customer service from the staff is above and beyond. Everytime i come in i have the pleasure of being served by Jimmy or Leo. They always know what i want without me having to say a word, know i love my pizza cut up, and that i will definitely be needing a fork.
