Service has gone downhill. Prices are out of control. 20’mins to NOT get a $5.40 bagel with cream cheese. When I finally ask for my order many minutes after paying, one of the attendees was preparing the wrong order for me. At this point I didn’t have time. Get it together please and give us an opportunity to purchase on an app or kiosk so we all don’t have to expect many minutes of waiting around trying to figure out where to stand.

Food was excellent with generous amounts of lox and cream cheese and everything ordered. Which fits the price. Atmosphere was just as you want in a chaotic NY subway. Confusing. The line started up to the front door then moved to the side and by the time we left with our takeout because some tables were taken up by catering orders (why were they in the middle of the room?) And some tables for families were taken by 1 or 2 people, the line was near the back door. Just crazy. And loud. But the food was good. We didn't get drinks because we ordered and didn't realize the station for drinks was get your own then pay separately and it was confusing.

Stopped in for first time Lox and bagel fix. Take out with sides of egg says and tuna. Both excellent.

This is your classic kosher bagel store. These are among the best bagels you can get in NY and with the freshest ingredients. As with most kosher places, the added supervision does affect the price.Dietary restrictions: Kosher places can usually tell you if something contains dairy.

Awesome! Fresh!(I am not sure if I did a review of this place before, but it's worth reviewing again!)I was not sure of what to order for a bite for lunch. I asked customers - they all said - everything!!!There are a variety of fresh soup - split pea! awesome! sooo good!!!!!I also got a potato Knish - they heated it up. Hugh! Soooo goood!!!!!I saw people ordering omlettes and avacado toast - looked good!They also have ready made sandwiches, custom made salads, coffee, ice tea, cream cheese, salads, lox, awesome bagels!!! Rolls!!! Chocolate Babka!The workers so nice! So accommodating! Answered all my questions, very patient. (The workers accent a bit hard to understand, but she got the order right.) Line went fast! Many workers. Clean! Nice tables!I think I spoke with the manager? owner? Very helpful!!!!I would just take off half a star because I did not like the muffins - too oily.I just wish I did not live an hour and a half away! lol!I need to go back and stock up!!!!!
