Besides the lack of skill in rolling sushi, the rice was slightly overcooked and mushy. However, that wasn't the straw that broke the camel's back. The tuna avocado roll and salmon avocado roll were acceptable, but the spicy tuna was starting to spoil. Now I knew I wasn't going to a high-end place but there's a certain standard when you're serving raw fish. I also know that most places use the least freshest fish to make the spicy rolls, but the fish should still be edible. Someone could get really sick. I won't even bother getting into the Philadelphia roll since my husband wanted it. The general Tso's chicken was decent but dry. It was strange that they chose to use white meat on a deep fried dish. The best part of the meal was the side salad that came with my lunch special and that's not saying much. When we asked for the check, our server at asked us if we wanted to pack up the remainder of the rolls, and I told her no because the spicy tuna didn't taste right. She just smiled and laughed. I don't know if it's because she didn't understand or it's because she didn't care. Either way, I would not recommend this place.

This sushi was quite delicious. I would highly recommend. My order was also ready pretty quickly, but the sushi was still fresh. The staff was also very friendly and answered all of my questions about their menu. Will certainly return.

I've been here a bunch of times and the food is consistently great. The Rock Shrimp is moist on the inside and perfectly crispy on the outside. Sushi is very fresh I'd definitely recommend this place.
