TERRIBLE SERVICE! THE COOK TREATED ME BADLY AND WHY DID I WANT TO PUT CHEESE AND BACON ON IT! If you don't want to work, it's not my problem, how is it possible that I can't say that I want to put cheese and bacon on my croissant?I AM PAYING FOR IT

I would give this place 5 stars. The cooks/chefs are outstanding! They are always friendly and work hard to make sure the food is good. The cashiers are absolutely horrible! While there is a line, they stand and talk to each other and ignore customers. They have horrible attitudes, and have no customer service skills at all. They do not know how to treat their customers, it's like they are doing us a favor. They will even argue with you. Even a new customer asked me as I was leaving, "is it me, or do they have bad attitudes?" It really is a shame, because the cooks are absolutely the best, standing ovation for them...the cashiers..no!

Sandwiches used to be good until they made the BEC more bread than anything else. For the price, totally not worth it. On top of that, the service is not the best; the new cashiers have the worst attitude. Clearly, there has been a change in quality, which is such a shame since I was a frequent customer there. There’s definitely better places to get a good quality sandwich :)

i used to be a regular patron but will never return due to rude staff. i called to make an order for pickup and while ordering i wanted to make a small change, the man taking my order said “jesus christ ma’am” in the most annoyed tone ever. are you kidding me? i’ve been a regular at your business for months and this is how you treat me? terrible customer service. will never return.

Please Read This!I’ve been going to this bagel spot for a while. Friendly Kitchen Staff with inexperienced cashiers. Keep in mind that each condiment is an additional $0.50. So lettuce & tomatoes will total up to $1.00 alone, not counting the Sandwich itself..When you charge for condiments & forget to add them. Especially when some of us don’t live in Queens but happen to pass by this spot. PLEASE remember to check your entire sandwich to make sure everything is added.I had told the Register lady in glasses that my previous sandwich had no condiments on it & I was charged. I had asked for a discount on my next sandwich. Maybe don’t charge me for the minor stuff like lecture & tomato..Lady: because it was on a different day. It’s not our problem. You need to call us on that day..Meanwhile I had paid for this previous Sandwich using cash. How would calling fix this issue? Especially when I’m all the way in the city where I work? What is calling gonna do? You charged me for something I never got..it’s not there problem I’ve been told & I don’t have to go there to eat I’ve been told. Instead of knocking a few cents off my new sandwich because they screwed up on the last, they prefer to stand there ground & tell me that I can go somewhere else.. Gotchu..

Been here several times, it has the best breakfast options and the friendlier staff of the neighborhood.Amazing bagels, with plenty of choices and different types of bread.The muffins, in case you prefer a sweet breakfast, are good as well. And the OJ tastes like it has just been pressed.The staff is very helpful too, in case you dunno what to order.

The house I work for consistently orders food from here at all times of the day and speaking from my experience the food is not bad but the customer service when you are ordering for delivery is horrible. I understand its busy in the morning and it can get overwhelming, but I don’t appreciate the phone being hung up on me when told to hold just a minute before. This happened to me 3 times. It took more then 18 calls to reach someone.

This place has become over priced and overrated. I used to get breakfast from here all the time. After the accident and they came back to business there prices went up and the service didn’t follow. Made a purchase and they charged me for things and I didn’t get those things and when I went back to tell them they didn’t even honor it because I didn’t have the time to come back right away. This happened and the persons know me because myself and coworkers support the business every day. Very bad service and unreasonable workers.

I come here almost every day and get the worst customer service from the two cashiers. The latest two heavy hispanic girls. All the other staff are great. These two need to find another job. They look miserable. Finally, I addressed the manager..let's see if anything changes. If not, I will take my business elsewhere. Clearly, the girls can care less. They have nothing to lose but the owner does

Should provide water cups to patrons. Already spent $12 on chicken salad on croissant + bag of chips. Overpriced. Def influenced me to go elsewhere.
