My husband and I enjoyed dinner here tremendously. It is an understated restaurant but the chefs tasting menu was thoroughly delicious. The service was friendly and knowledgeable. We loved every imaginative dish we were served. We are looking forward to returning.

I was surprised. The food is authentic and carefully cooked at your own preference. The place is small but intimate and friendly. I’ll will definitely come back if not weekly but every month to try their different menu. I was told their menu changes every week …what ?? That’s even better !!Highly recommend this restaurant.

I had the opportunity to visit the restaurant this weekend and the experience was wonderful. Super cozy atmosphere, both the waiter and the chef were very polite and attentive and the main thing, very tasty food. The menu is quite different from those found at dinners, which is exactly what we were looking for.

I had dinner here last night on a Friday evening and the moment you walk in you feel like you are in someone's personal kitchen. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff is filled with joy and smiles. But the food was beyond anything I had experienced. So fresh, creative, accommodating and an absolute pleasure to enjoy. My friend and I shared this 6-piece tasting and each course was more delicious than the one before. I'm not a meat eater and the waitress offer to exchange my meet for a second fish which was cook to such Perfection I wish I had more of it right now. This is a hidden treasure that people need to find because it was more than just a delicious dinner it was a true experience. I look forward to going back again even though it's 40 miles from my house. It is definitely worth the trip.

Cozy place in Woodside. A real ?. The menu is limited but well worth it. The Chef pays attention to every detail on every dish served. The Mackerel w/sprouts was ?. The Short Rib was enhanced by a bed of White Beans and Brussel Sprouts. The dessert was a creamy Panna Cotta made with yogurt and grapes on the side. It's well worth the price. The prices are reasonable for the quality of food and service being offered.

This is in GEM in Queens. Great atmosphere. Great food. You can't go wrong with either tasting menus. Have some food, a glass of wine or a cocktail and enjoy. This is not just a place to eat - it is a dining experience.

It’s a hidden gem in Astoria. If you’re looking for decent foods. This is the place. We order 1 of the tasting menu, they change this tasting menu depending on season and catch of the day. Tasting menu is $49/person and it comes with 2 courses and a dessert. I like the Brussels Sprout, very refreshing, light, a great kick off for appetizers. Atmosphere is nice, low noise, classical music, great service. I would revisit when I’m in the area.

Far too little food and way too expensive. My $8 salchipapas only had 1 sausage cut like a flower, some 6 french fries and few sliced pieces of onions. The steak order also was too little. 3 Korean sweet potato small pieces. Steak wasn’t bad but I don’t think it lives up to it’s $35 value. It was rather lackluster. Service is good, at least.

The food is always amazing. We usually order the tasting menu so that the chef can create whatever he likes and we have never been disappointed

Stopped by for an early supper and went with the Chef's choice. It was fantastic. There is a reason this place has a Michelin rating. The meal was in three courses. First was a fish appetizer with a delicious sauce. Main course was lamb, that was very flavorful and dessert was coffee and a seasonal pumpkin dish. Staff was excellent. This restaurant knows that details matter. Highly recommend.

My husband and I were so excited to try this place, but our experience was a bit underwhelming compared to the other glowing reviews. I will say that the service was good, and I appreciate the energy it must take to provide different tasting menus for different diners based on preference and dietary restrictions. That is truly impressive. However, I felt that for the price point, the dishes lacked creativity and were not necessarily executed well. We started with a truffle ravioli, which was decent but not necessarily memorable. Our main course was a seared pork chop with avocado squash. The pork was over cooked, unfortunately, and the squash wasn't sufficiently seasoned for my taste. The dessert was chocolate mousse, which again was fine but not memorable. We may give this place another shot eventually but likely won't order the tasting menu again.
