DO NOT GO HERE The staff will add additional charges to whatever you order and then ask you to pay again pretending the card reader doesn't work. I was charged $18 for a $4 order and they asked me to tap again after I was already charged and I had to demand a refund because the woman at the counter just smiled and ignored me when I asked why I was charged so much for a single item

I had a really bad experience. I went to Dunkin’ early morning at 7 am and there was an Indian guy. He looked so sleepy and he couldn’t even stand properly. Then he looked at me up to down twice. I felt so uncomfortable at that time. Then he said you look rich you could pay extra. Extra for what? Looking rich? That was so irrelevant. Then I said I will order online but he said price is same order here. But he did charge me extra idk for what. Such a bad experience. I will never go there.

Today, when for a capuchino and donuts terrible everything and cheap one napkin and I ask for cinnamon they have to put it in just one dash ask for a cap of water that's and extra charge and their prices hight.
