love this restaurant so much, we order probably twice a week. food is authentic and portions are big, so I don’t understand why they tend to be stingy with the sauces that are supposed to come with the meal. the red sauce or the green sauce will always be missing unless I call and remind them. It has happened more than 3 times now, and some of the veggies that used to come with tacos are now gone too.

Server are extremely rude i was dinning an the whole time the serves acted that she was bothered to provide the service……I called to place a pick up order and it was the same experience the person who picked up the phone was so unprofessional after having a hard time to place an order she requested a credit card to process a $40 order she said that they don’t take orders over the phone more than $20 so why wasting your time trying to order

Out of all the latin restaurants in/around Woodside, Queens, this one personally stands out to me because of the food, the service, value. The food portions are massive, food is always delicious and fresh. Their delivery is quick and reliable as I've ordered food after 12am and no problems or issues for late night/early morning deliveries. Their prices are great for the food and service. I order/take out often from this restaurant.

Last time I went to this place (January 2022) they were celebrating a birthday for either the owner or one of the workers. I requested the bill several times by hand sign, which both the person being celebrated and the worker that was serving saw, however they ignored me. I was weak from work and just went there because I used to like the food, that being said and the fact that they had been ignoring me for about 30 minutes since I was requesting the bill, I didn't want to stand up and go all the way to the counter to get someone's attention in a disrespectful way because of all that I just mentioned and more importantly because I had just come out of surgery some hours prior to going there (It was my favorite mexican restaurant).I decided to relax and to not disturb their celebration, I chose to call to the restaurant's phone number because even though the girls had been ignoring me, they were absolutely picking up all the phone calls. The girl picked up the phone and I told her who I was and what I wanted, she apologized and explained that she ignored me because the woman being celebrated had her serving her guests, I accepted the apology and kept waiting another 10 minutes to finally get my bill. All this I did calmly, not cursing at all, low voice to not disturb their celebration; but because the guests and the woman being celebrated were in the table next to mines, the celebrated woman decided to say that I was a "ridicula" because I decided to call the restaurant after a long time of being ignored;no need to say that she didn't apologize for calling me ridicula... Judge by yourselves but at least I don't like to give my money to businesses where the owners or managers are not kind and decide to insult their customers basically on their face... I'm never going back to this restaurant.

I received my home delivery and noticed the order I placed as either wrong or really bad food. The part of the order was Carne Molida Burrito (this means ground beef). The way this meet looked was as if it was scrapped from the bottom of the pan or a type of steak that was so well done tough.. unsure what happened but tasted awful. The other items ordered was great (Flautas de pollo, Quesadillas and Churro
