Every night they make a mistake in my order. There s always something missing in the bag. At night it seems like there s no manager supervising the young people at this store. They are not focus they are rude and unprofessional. Early in the morning it's another trouble. Even if it's says open 24/7 they will close at 2 or 3 am and open at 5 am. If u re lucky and they reopen at 4 am like this morning that I just went they tell u only cash we not taking cards. Why??? Why only cash? Cause you are stealing maybe? I will report this store to corporate cause I'm tired of bad services. Not to mention they never pick up their phone
Love this place, they are always fast and kind. I used to work at a Mcodnalds, not this one but I want to comment on PTSam stating they gave her the wrong order. They actually gave her the right order. She got a latte not an iced coffee. Latte is on the Mc Cafe menu and you can actually see it under the M that stands for medium on the cup. So they didn’t give her a small, they gave her the correct size drink. If she has to take it up with someone, they could take it up with the Mcdonald’s corporation for the sizing, not the employees. They didn’t do anything wrong, perhaps get a better understanding before you accuse them of bad service :)
