The truth is that I have not had any complaints with the service and the pizza. The bases I ordered, the pizza arrives hot and in less time than they tell you. Good flavor and good quality.

Had items missing from my delivery order, called the restaurant numerous times with no answer, when I finally got through they said they wouldn't refund me for the missing items because "too much time had lapsed and the order is no longer editable". Had to contact their customer service via an online submission form but nobody has responded. Stealing from your customers is the best way to lose customers!EDIT:It's been a week now and still nobody has responded to any of my communication attempts. This company will take your money and not deliver your food. Had to report the charge as fraud.

I ordered through UberEats and this location opted to not be tracked on the app. After 30 minutes of the estimated delivery time, I gave them a call and was told that my order is on the way. I waited over an hour. Still nothing. After a total of TWO hours of waiting, I get a notification from UberEats thanking me for my order... that I never received. Apparently Papa Johns cancelled my order without notifying me. They didn't even ATTEMPT to contact me. Never ordering from this place again. Nonexistent customer service. Save yourself the time and order elsewhere.

Never ordering from this location again. This “contact free delivery” is disgusting. At peak Covid, I get it - but places that delivered secured the food in containers so mice, rats and cockroaches couldn’t get into the food. I haven’t ordered from Papa Johns in probably 6 or 7 years. Today I did. They left on the floor of my apt building. When I asked the driver (who was just walking away from my door) why he left my food on the ground, he said “people like it this way”. I called the manager and she defended him saying he’s been a driver for 13 years. I’m sorry, I’m unfortunately done with NYC food delivery. Ever since Covid about 75% of any delivery I order is messed up and it’s often delivery people who don’t even want to enter my building. I went from tipping 30%, to now I’m routinely asking for tip refunds because of behavior. I stopped using Door Dash because I had too many completely drunk delivery people show up at my door with half my food missing. What gets me about Papa Johns is, it’s two blocks away! And the delivery driver works DIRECTLY with Papa Johns. So if their own paid employees are behaving like this, and don’t care, then I’m officially done. The great aspect of NYC has always been all the exotic take out foods available for delivery (and yes, even chain stores). But I guess everyone is “quietly quitting” because even delivery drivers want to be CEOs. It just disgusts me wanting tips but leaving people’s food on trafficked floors. It’s just disgusting. And they LIVE HERE. Literally my preference was Dominos and I was so tempted to order from them today but almost every day delivery had been a problem since Covid. Welp, Papa Johns done messed up.

Ordered online, waited for 30mins, called the store, told me need to wait another 30mins. my experience from other papa John store was like 10mins to be on the way. This issue happened in other reviewers. This store is not giving good service!

If you have the same bad experience, fill complaint on papa johns website “contact us” !Made an order online, but no update over an hour, made phone call to the store to check, who answered the phone wasn’t listening to me, just keep talking loudly with bad attitude.

I ordered from grub hub and it took them 35 minutes just to tell me I needed to wait another 20-30 minutes. I understand stores get busy but the manager spoke to me very rude on the phone and that’s unacceptable .

Worst experience. Ordered a large pizza and cheese sticks and a 2 liter Diet Pepsi through Uber eats. The delivery driver didn't have my diet pepsi (also didn't speak any english so i wasn't able to explain the situation). I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager and he was so rude and nasty to me and basically told me that the delivery driver doesn't work with him he works through Uber eats and therefore you have to call Uber eats to resolve it. He didn't apologize at all to me for the inconvenience and hung up the phone on me. Never ordering from this location again.
