The worst customer support ever! I placed an online order; when it was ready, the server moved it to the side and chose to serve the walk-in client before finishing my order.I was instructed to wait and that my order could not be canceled. Received no refund and was advised to contact Corporate because they don't have a manager.

They do not participate in promotions or take coupons. They felt no remorse when what i thought would be a 9$ meal turned into 18$ because they wouldnt accept my VALID COUPON. Do not eat here. Do not give this place your business.

This is the first time I have visited this location, and I will be coming back. Your Employee Shahan is one of the kindest person I have met. He made our food with care and has the best customer service. Subway needs to hire more employees like him. 10/10 customer service.

SHAHAN was very rude. Place was super slow and when I finally got my food it wasn’t toasted properly. I asked to re toast and the food came out soggy asked for a refund and made it seem like it was my fault for not liking it. Avoid at all cost

I eat at this Subway at least once a week for lunch. This location is especially clean and the ingredients are always fresh. The one thing that I will say though that sets the Subway location apart are the people that work there. Rupa and Peju are kind and welcoming. They greet you like family when you come in, and are very attentive to your order. There is a line sometimes but it moves very quickly because they work hard, really care about their job and making sure that you have a good experience there. I will keep coming back to this location. This location also has free parking for cars and bikes and is handicap accessible.

I'm not really a big fan for sandwiches but I needed something to eat that wasn't going to break my pockets. So I stopped in and as I approached the counter immediately I had eye to eye contact by the mail employee which gave me a smile and I smiled back followed by a hello. I greeted him with a hello and how are you and it was just a pleasant feeling. He was already in the middle of preparing sandwiches for someone else but once he was done he assisted me. He said ma'am how can I help you what would you like? I told him I wanted one of the new sandwiches I believe it was something called Italian mozzarella something of another I forgot. But nonetheless he assisted and made the sandwich exactly the way I asked of him. I had no idea what it was going to taste like but I saw him make it and he kept his gloves on. He did not speak while making my sandwich which I appreciate very much. Once it was wrapped up and put aside he then spoke to me asking me if there's anything else which I really appreciate it because sometimes the droplets for my mouth can be spread onto food and that would not be good. I enjoyed the Italian foot long bread nice and soft I complimented it with some mayonnaise mozzarella cheese and I think I put some green peppers on it oil and vinegar. To my surprise I really did enjoy this sandwich. So my first star goes to the location because it's easy to get to at least for me. The second star goes to the gentleman who welcomed me into the store. The third star goes to sanitary conditions which were definitely practiced. I would give a star for the prices but I never would think a hero could cost $11. So due to the price I cannot. But for right now three stars is going to have to do perhaps if you guys have a sale where the footlongs all of them would be half off and hold that for at least a week or two I'll come by and give another rating. For right now thank you for making sure my first experience with you guys was a good one.

They close in ONE HOUR, I’m 9 months pregnant and walking up to the lady today like “hello miss”Got ignored because she’s wiping the counters, whatever manners are mine. Anyways I stand in front of her and ask her if she has Buffalo chicken, I get Ignored, she’s still cleaning and hasn’t made EYE CONTACT AT ALL OR SAID A WORD! And then I ask Are you guys perhaps closed she THEN answers, “no” still wiping and making no eye contact????‍♀️ I’m so sorry but what a b****. Like what the hell was that ?? I JUST WALKED OUT, never EVER coming to this place. This lady should not be working in a place involving customer service.

I was served by a Mr. Shahnan (sorry if I spelled it wrong) he was super nice. Made sure the utensils were clean and gloves were changed . He listened to me as to how I wanted my sandwich. Very attentive. Thank u!

Super slow. Old veggies. The workers couldn’t be bothered to help customers. The line up was long, took 10 mins to help 1 person. Don’t come here if you’re looking for fresh ingredients and fast service.
