What a joke honestly. You do not get one waiter or waitress. So you get ignored. Someone took our appetizer order and no one ever came back. No drink refills, nothing. We finally stopped someone who took our order and never put it in. Hour later stopped him and he forgot to put it in. We left. Music was a joke, certainly not appropriate music for venue. Dining room so loud you couldn't hear the person you are with and we were crammed together, loud as a concert. Owner seems to be more interested beating a drum, for birthday wishes than taking care of customers main courses.

Let’s start with going to an Italian restaurant and have a one man bad wearing a safari hat can’t make this up singing lean on me? Once the oneMan band was done we went onto the bee jees blasting.Get to table you have ten people waiting on you and the other assumes that the other is waiting on you and they keep walking by you. Someone took our appetizer order which was ok then no one came and took our food order or refilled drinks. The owner was more interested in beating a drum for birthday wishes yes a drum. Finally we stop the owner in between drum beats and he took our order. So hour later no food, we stop the owner and asked where our food was and he didn’t even remember he took our food order. No drink refills no nothing. Lights flickering on and off, if you want a quiet conversation here this is not the place. You couldn’t hear each other like being at a concert. We got up and left and definitely will not return

This was my first time eating at Pasta D’Oro, but I wanted to bring my family somewhere new for dinner. I’m so glad I did! The service was great, the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable of the menu, and the food was just exceptional. Oh, and don’t let me forget about the Chocolate Crème Brûlée ?! Only being about 20 minutes from where we live, this will for sure be our new favorite place and we can’t wait to go back soon!

We had previously eaten here several times before and it was not a pleasant experience, but it had been a while so we decided to give it another try. We are seated, asked if we wanted tap water or bottled water, I asked for poland spring or any bottled water, they didn't have it so I ordered a bottle of water for table. Bottle of water came out opened, half empty, charged $8.00 for a bottle of water that came out with two dried up & rotten brown pieces of lime. No ice was offered. Partner ordered a tap beer that never came out, when it finally did (we had to ask) it had a two inch head. Next issue was that the bread was not replenished one time and the waiter was nowhere to be found. We like dipping sauce, but we also like pats of butter that we didn't get because we couldn't find waiter and didn't feel like getting up to ask again. Next, after a half hour wait our muscle appetizer $16.50, comes out, it did have good flavor but again we had to ask and wait for plates which when brought out were about 4" round (bread plates) and they were all chipped. Next, half hour later our Ceasar salads come out (a la carte, not included in the price of entrée) it was not good, very small portion, and it was $11.00, we were offered NO anchovy, NO fresh ground pepper. Next, half hour later our meal comes out, felt like it was thrown on our table, ice cold plates, potatoes were ice cold and the side of Broccoli was raw (not steamed). The chicken francese had good flavor but the portion was very small (2 little pieces of chicken) for a $23.00 plate, plus the a la carte salad $11.00. We were not offered any parm cheese, so again we had to wait, find the waiter and ask. We were not offered another drink. So honestly I don't think we will be returning to this high priced, horrible service restaurant.

? **Pasta D'Oro ** ?Located in Sullivan County, Pasta D'Oro offers a cozy ambiance with nice table setups. While the cocktails, especially the Old Fashion espresso, are delightful, the overall food quality didn't quite match the high prices. Despite making a reservation, there was an unexpected wait, leading me to opt for seating at the bar instead. However, the staff was friendly and welcoming. In summary, I recommend Pasta D'Oro for its atmosphere and cocktails, but advise managing expectations regarding the food quality and service.

Let me start by saying the food is fantastic. We were a party of 4 and each had an appetizer and entree, all delicious. The negative was the setup of the restaurant. The service is so disjointed. There are no assigned servers so you rarely have the same person twice for anything. The tables are so cramped together that not only is it unbearably loud, but you can't get up 90% of the time. They do a lot of table side dishes so when that's happening, it's impossible to walk passed because there is no space. I don't know how their setup is not a fire hazard.

This restaurant is a gem for sure! We had an amazing time with delicious food and a nice chilled bottle of moscato. We had a couple of the specials and they did not disappoint. Their grasshopper cheesecake was amazing!!I do what to touch on the service and it was nothing short of excellent! I was impressed with the efforts by the wait staff, starting with the host, bussers, and server/waiter. Everything had perfect timing from the sparkling water, complimentary bread/pesto, appetizer, entree, and dessert. Overall a perfect evening and we’ll definitely be returning.

Service was mediocre, salmon was raw when it finally arrived at the table. A little chilly in the dining area and freezing in the restroom.

The food is the best... when I got there the place was full, the wait and the attention at that moment gave a lot to be desired but then the waitress very kindly accommodated us and we had excellent service with her.
