Got a few sandwiches and sides. The manager looking guy was very friendly and helpful but when we ordered he upgraded us to large meals that we didn't ask for. We just went with it. He did try to up sell us on desserts too. Anyway, I asked to change my sandwich right after I ordered and they were accommodating. Took a little while even tho we were the only ones there. Beware before you order the wagyu Burger. My daughter ordered a cheeseburger and I decide to splurge and go for the wagyu Burger. I want to see the difference so I flip them over and looked at the bottom of them both and guess what they were the same burgers but you're paying a buck 50 more for no reason overcooked and dry out for both the restaurant decor is dark and sad

I came to this Arby’s because I had such fond memories of the infamous Beef & Cheddar sandwich. My sandwich was mostly bread, cold! With the main part of the sandwich Cheddar is missing Only a plop of cheddar and barely any of the sweet bbq sauce that I also remembered.
