Visited this restaurant a few days ago. Food was very good & everyone was very nice. It's important to me that these two check the box. I was a little hesitant to try because of past experiences. (Different owners)I had soup & they give you what they call pizza bread. So very good! It reminded me of bread my Dad would make many years ago.We also had a slice of grandma's pizza with pepperoni, drizzled with honey, among other things. Burst of flavor!I wish them the best! Looking forward to going again.

The new owners advertise themselves as "Yonkers and Hastings best kept secret" and they are right. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting. But that's just the start. The food is incredible. Authentic Italian food that rivals most fine dining restaurants. And the pizza is hands down the best I've had 6 The Bronx an Brooklyn. It's a must visit.

Fantastic true NY pizza. Excellent chicken parm wedge. Great french fries. Fast, friendly service. We were attending a funeral a few blocks away, down from Massachusetts for a couple of days, and were craving some good NY pizza (we grew up in NY). So we picked Bella Rosa from Yelp because of the good reviews and we were not disappointed. We got it to-go but it's a real nice cozy restaurant for eat-in. Next time. Highly recommended.

Went here over the weekend for dinner and it was great! Particularly enjoyed the chicken martini and eggplant parm. The pizza was also really good. The service was great and prices reasonable, especially for the portion sizes.
This place is a hidden gem. The pizza is as good as we’ve had anywhere including The Bronx and Brooklyn. But that’s just the start. They quality of every dish we’ve had from their surprisingly extensive menu is 5 star quality at 2 star prices. The dining room is big for a pizzeria and really warm and cozy. It’s only a matter of time before the word gets out about this place.

Great service, atmosphere, and GREAT food!! Recently under new ownership and it shows! The penne vodka and cavatelli with broccoli rabe and sausage were sooo good. Not to mention the pizzas were awesome. The staff went above and beyond. Overall a really great dining experience. We will definitely be back!
