I ordered 1/4 chicken and ribs. I got 1/2 a chicken. They could at least tell me they had no ribs. I paid for chicken and a rack of ribs. Won't be coming back to that Boston

I was looking for something good for dinner. I decided to go to Boston Chicken. I made a big mistake, I order the 3 pieces of dark meat. The pieces were so small, I thought I had a wing portion. For the money, they charged for the pieces. I could have bought a whole chicken with the sides cheaper from the supermarket. I will not be going there again.

It's been going down in customer service and quality of food but tonight I literally threw away my order after a couple bites. Don't recommend any one going there

Since this is the nearest Boston Market to home, my husband & I do like to get food from here on occasion as it is quite convenient. And who doesn't love home style cooked food without having to cook it yourself? The service just depends on the day as with any other fast food joint. We normally order a family meal for 3 to go (so we'll have leftovers) & we usually get a whole chicken (cut into 8 pieces - hit or miss if they follow instructions) or the meatloaf. Last time around we went with the chicken. The containers all have been swapped out for new containers so I'm not sure if we're getting the same bang for our buck, or a little less... As far as the food went, not sure if they were having a bad day or what but the chicken, in my opinion, just didn't taste as good as it did in the past. One of our sides was mashed potato with gravy & the gravy was different. It was a real thick brown gravy that didn't taste as good as what we used to get. When we had the leftovers I didn't use the gravy & the taste of the mashed was just off. Tasted almost slightly sour. We also had the creamed spinach which seemed pretty much okay but the sweet potato mousse also was different. My husband said it was looser than usual & the texture was not the same either. We both agreed that something had changed & not for the better. I don't think we'll be ordering from here anytime soon after that experience. Prices are up, food quality down. I just don't know...

The cashier and manager ignored this young woman who was asking for help about someone who stoked her things in their store. They were very rude and unhelpful and the way they treated her was god awful. She was being respectful and kind and some how these employees had no morals to even try to help the situation. It really showed what type of heart these employees and Managers have. The young woman was crying for help and they still ignored her even though there was nobody on the line. Ridiculous

Cashier and manager was rude to a costumer in distress and completely ignored her. Offered no help at all and didn’t even call mall security. Disgusted by the ignorance and lack of empathy in these people.

Boy Boston market has sure gone downhill especially with its meat loaf it looks like a bunch of processed I don't know what thrown together in a mechanical way With ketchup on it it was disgusting as a matter of fact I didn't even eat it And the place had garbage all over the floors I can imagine what rodents are running around in the kitchen And I am in no way at all exaggerating one bit but I completely advise against going here

This establishment doesn't even deserve a 1 star. I ordered Nashville hot chicken sandwich and received what is shown in the pictures. The sandwich was soggy and cold. On top of that we wanted a soup and was told they had nomore soup. Won't ever be going there again complete let down

DELICIOUS FOOD...great service, very clean and no wait. I have never been disappointed at ANY Boston Market that I have eaten at. The food & prices are better here than in any restaurant in Boston, MA.

No longer the same recipes. Mashed potatoes seem box brand, bland and too creamy, corn was flavorless and chewy, chicken was dry..

I waited over an hour to arrive and have them say that they had nothing that I ordered. No phone call or notification whatsoever. They are all rude and have a nasty attitude. Save yourself money and time and go to any other boston market.
