I changed my review from 5 stars to 1, they used to make about 3 delicious leches and I had to stop coming because they don't make them like that anymore☹️. I had a 3 leches from them about 7 years ago on a birthday and from then on I ordered 4 cakes, 3 of them were 3 leches (the 1st was great, the 2nd more or less but the 3rd was dry) and the other one I ordered vanilla with dulce de leche filling which had a pittance of dulce de leche with that last one I didn't go back to again ??♀️. It's a shame that over the years they damage the cakes, they had a good reputation in the 3 leches and they were dropped??♀️

This review is not about their cake but how they do their service over the phone. I get it. We have this pandemic. We need to be more understanding and patient. I was trying to order a birthday cake to get delivered the following day. Some Spanish guy answered and I asked if they deliver. He hanged up. i called 4x again. no answer. I had to block my number and it went through. same guy answered. I asked first if they deliver. He said yes. It says in their Yelp that they deliver. The guy's not fluent in English but he can understand simple words so ok, I'm willing to work with him. I gave him the colors that I want on the cake, the filling, the frosting then when I was about to give him the cc info (coz it clearly says on their Yelp page that they do accept CC's as a payment)he said he can't process that for me. (I couldn't understand if he said CAN or CANNOT so I had to ask again) He hanged up. I called back and had to block my number again. I even said please don't hang up. I said okay fine i'll just have the person receiving the cake pay cash. Then he goes oh we don't deliver. We have no guys. I was soooo tilted. Pls. update your info in YELP.
I paid almost $60 for my brothers birthday cake and they told me to come before 1 pm which I did. when I arrived no one was there but the store was open. I called multiple times and they didn’t answer and I received no refund.
