They are not consistent with how they make your order. I ordered a coffee with cream and 2 sugars. What I received was a cup cream and a little bit of coffee. I could hardly taste the coffee. These coffee places should always remember that the coffee is not FREE

I came to this store to order bagel with grape stuffing and look what i got . i requested additional grape stuffing and she wanted additional money for .40 cents for a small piece of grape stuffing and she is arrogant /nasty and refused to give me additional grape stuffing unless i will give her additional .40 cents . bunch of money hungry and please go somewhere else . i will not patronize these kinda money first before customer satisfaction .

My son loves coming here! The staff are always so kid friendly and welcoming. The donuts haven’t been stale when I get them so thats also a great point to add. I never get food here because it always taste gross, but if you stick to donuts, bagels and coffee you can’t go wrong.Thank you guys for being wonderful

No customer has to deal with attitude and bad service! The coffee was so bad I had to throw it away and buy gas station coffee. Gas station coffee actually taste better without the negative energy. Save your self the trouble and go elsewhere..
