It’s 7:10 pm and the lady states it’s closed when the schedule says 8:00pm close. Saying she must closed an hour before so she can go home at 8pm.

The service is fine. However, you guys need to do something about the men standing outside the store. It’s a turn off and I avoid this location for that reason. No one wants to be harassed going for a cup of coffee.

There was only 1 worker at the time doing literally everything and she was being overworked. I placed an order for a dozen donuts and wanted 4 apple crumb donuts but instead I got Boston cream in its place, it would at least be nice if someone warned me beforehand

This Dunkin Donur is Horrible. Five times I went there for a cup of coffee and the service is extremely bad the Indian lady serving in there is rude and have no customer service training. Few times I went in there she's rud, I kept making excuses to myself, mayb she had a bad night then this morning I walked in for a cup of, she had her back and doing something while talking on the phone and never mind if she can help or take my order,? I stood for two minutes waiting for her while she chatted in her language in the phone. Fron now on, I'm going to Starbucks, get what you pay fo, though I love DD coffee, servic is important to me

I love Dunkin but this one place out of all is the the worst ever it's more like a homeless shelter/drug spot they need to switch locations to do better their numbers are doing bad compared to all the others p.s just horrible
