Went there tonight it was good customer service I guess because none of the young girls were working tonight. The young men have better customer service then the young ladies. The reason why I giving this a bad review is due to a prior visit where I was told I couldn't get a small drink because they don't sell small and they had a nasty attitude. But tonight I found out that was completely false and received excellent customer service from the young gentleman this evening around 7

This won't be an intricate review, however, I ordered a single item on the mobile app and it took more than 10 minutes for it to be handed to me. The place was not very busy either so that made me sad. :( otherwise it tasted fresh and staff was friendly otherwise. Just slow.

I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts almost everyday I’m always getting disrespected by the girl doing the cashiering today saturday I spend money for my coffee she always giving me a hard time on how I order my coffee I’m consistently getting to argumentswith this young lady with black hair glasses when your manager see this he will ask who was it even though I don’t know your name he will find out including the fat Dominican girl with the braids that does the front as well I called over the phone to explain to her the difficulty she didn’t want to hear my story there rude disgusting shouldn’t be working in customer service.

Listen ive worked customer service jobs and I hate complaining but seriously? The workers just all talk to each other. I had to drive back from my house because the girl didn’t give me a part of my order. When i came back she didn’t even apologize she just said “oh”.

Got My coffee and was up since Friday. Went wjth MIDNIGHT since the regular one tastes like water, milk and sugar.Parking: Not a lot of spots but rarely do they run out of spots.

My favorite dunkin donut on Nepperhan Ave is temporarily closed and the sign recommended this one on N Bdwy. Nope the frozen chai latte tasted watered down and my daughter's frozen chocolate also was watered down. Never again. Can't wait for my regular Dunkin to be reopened.
