I visit this location at least twice sometimes 3x week. Today I walked in and it wasn’t busy at all. I wasn’t greeted, but that’s ok. I stood in line for 8 minutes ( I was the only one in line mind you) without no one ever acknowledging me or saying someone will be with you shortly! Meanwhile all the employees kept looking at me and while o stood in line an employee was breaking her neck to get a whipped cream treat for a DOG! Sad when an animal gets better customer service than a human.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE AND WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

I like this place but they don't have enough people working there. In addition, today I noticed a new guy that was working there. He was very aggressive, had his long hair hanging out, no bandana, and a ring in his nose. He was yelling at one of the nicer workers in front of me. I was unplesantly surprised to see that.

Coffee and Donuts were a good selection to choose from. And I had several different donuts and they were all Prepared well and served to my satisfaction.Wheelchair accessibility: Simple and easy .

One of the nicer dunkin restaurants that I have been to. Seems to be recently renovated (although it seems like a lot of restaurants are on the renovation trend). There is ample space but relatively too few tables and chairs for it. There is a bathroom (although it was out of service last time I went). The food is prepared quickly and well. The service is good. Granted, I've only been to this place in the evening. I have no idea what mornings there look like.

I stop in almost every night. You'll never get the coffee same way twice, only place open late now a days. The female server is very nasty and attitude, never a smile on her face.
Samaya is Amazing polite kinda very professional makes my coffee the way I love it with no problem.She has great customer service skills friendly makes great coffee godbless definitely will be back.

This location has some of the employees with an indifferent attitude.This morning, there was a long line of customers waiting for service. While one employee tried to take care of the customers, the other two pretended to be busy mopping and stocking the donuts. The manager didn't seem to care.
