I bought a large coffee and a sausage for my dog with no bread just a plain sausage for my dog the lady sees me with my dog every day knows I want a sausage for my dog she over charges me for the sausage for my dog and they put it in the bag just thrown not in a box or a wrap like I usually do and I was overcharged usually I know less I don't like the employees there eathier some lady with a Bangladesh in the morning always is giving me a funny evil look

Terrible customer service. I asked for hash browns in exchange of drink because I had already ordered a drink and since I ordered in the app my medium drink was free this time. My previous order was a free breakfast sandwich with the purchase of a drink. So I got a medium Matcha Latte and free croissant, bacon, egg, and cheese. I'm pregnant so I throw up all of my first meals. So being that I had just ate throw up, I need to eat something else because I was shaking at that point. My next offer in the app was a free drink when you order ahead. So I ordered hash browns ($1.50+ tax= $1.69) I asked for two more orders of hash browns ($1.69x2 =$3.38) in exchange of the drink because they were both less than a medium drink ($3.99+ tax= $4.28). The manager I was trying so hard to not understand what I was asking him because he was treating me like I was taking advantage of him and he told me that I'm trying to take advantage of him, when he kept trying to make me order a small drink in order to get my hash brown... (he was trying to make the exchange with the cheapest option possible which a small drink was still more than the total of two hash browns. I didn't want a small drink I didn't want to drink at all because I already had one in the car. I was going to buy a hash brown regardless if they told me no I couldn't do the exchange. Then I tried to explain to him that I'm pregnant and I just ate a breakfast sandwich and threw it up as soon as he heard me say I'm pregnant he raised his tone started shaking and his talking to me confrontationally telling me that I'm trying to take advantage of him and I'm using my pregnancy as an excuse. Lol. My jaw was on the floor. Lol. All I was trying to explain to him was I already purchased food and a drink with my money and I threw it up and I would rather order more food instead of a drink because I already had a drink and I needed to put some food in my body because I'm pregnant and I just threw it up and I need to eat because I'm shaking. The fact that he didn't care which I didn't expect him to really pissed me off. How am I trying to take a vantage of you when what I'm asking for is cheaper than what I'm supposed to be rewarded with? And he was like what about the next time when you come in here? I told him I will never eat there again this is my first and my last time. Terrible customer service before you try and accommodate the customer you find every way to not help them that's awful customer service. And I know if I was white I wouldn't have been treated that way or hispanic/Latino because he was hispanic/Latino as well.

The store is clean and the environment is well maintained. At this location the donuts are particularly fresh and the coffee is very nice to have with your donut or pastry

Disgusted by the rude and incompetent female staff working here, they should quit their jobs and stop working in customer service. No class. Wont be a customer here again.

This venue is filthy. The drinks and menu items are prepared inconsistently. The staff does their best to manage customers but how poorly kept the place is speaks volumes about the level of care for the shop overall. This place has potential with its location but something must be done with the cleanliness.

If I could put 0 stars I would. The customer service in this place was horrible!! I had forgotten why I stopped going to that Dunkin, but then it clicked to me that it was a very poor customer service that made me want to stop going there. I spoke to corporate about an issue that I had and I hope to hear about them very soon.

VERY rude staff, employees don’t let you finish your sentence while ordering. Will be driving down the street 2 minutes from now on to get from the Dunkin with the baskin robins attached ?
