So I am a valued customer. I visit Dunkin' Donuts on 710 McLean Avenue Yonkers New York. It was the worst service I ever encountered. The worker was very rude, angry and disrespectful. I try ordering my coffee but I also wanted to use a coupon I had trouble pulling up the coupon he refused to help. All he did was give him nothing but an attitude, I love Dunkin donut I have never receive a treatment like this before. It was so bad that I will never return to that location ever I will also never invite anyone to that location as well.

Worst location ever.. cashier was trying to take my order while cleaning up behind registers, my sandwich had a plastic cover on it. I was also charged for a medium latte instead of a small. Customers deserve attention and proper customer service.

This is an excellent Dunkin’ location! The drinks were super cold and refreshing. They tasted excellent! The donuts and food were fresh and delicious! The staff was very friendly as well! I love the Dunkin’ locations where the coffee and tea come out of the tap, it’s always so much colder and better tasting!

Very small donut selection the mail cashier wasn't friendly he was making his lunch to take his break so we was an inconvenience Walgreens in the plaza is now closed that was my reason for being in that

It's a dunkin donuts. What more can you say. Donuts are average at best. Not worth the trip for a donut especially when a Duck Donuts is nearby.

This dunkin is just constantly bad. it's a convenient and vital location but somehow it's always bad. All the drinks are extra milky and if you ask for skim you are going to get whole. The donuts all look deformed all the time like they got dropped on the floor or something.

This dunkin is always a hit or miss. Usually, they make my drink well, and I am very picky with my coffee. I order an iced caramel coffee with skim milk, and most of the time they make it dark enough for me.There is a huge parking lot out front, and it is one of the renovated Dunkins in Yonkers! I love the new decor for the renovated Dunkins and the coffee on tap they have! So aesthetically pleasing!The bathroom is usually never open for customers, sign always says "out of order".The ladies that work here are so kind! They really bring up the vibe of the place. When they aren't working, the service is slower and the drinks are usually worse. Last time I went, I ordered on the app and it took over 10 minutes once I got there, and I ordered 10 minutes before I arrived.Overall, this is a staple Dunkin for me when I'm home in Yonkers.

Came here for the new Mango refresher and the worker was rude and seemed like he didn't want to be there. Threw together my drink and basically just threw it on the counter like I was bothering him and wasn't a paying customer. The drink tasted all watered down and didn't have the lemonade add on option I asked and paid for. Will definitely not be going back there.
