HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not come here. The heavy set Indian lady that works the cashier is very rude and has an attitude. The place in disgustingly filthy. She even picks her nose while she is serving people's drinks. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. 0/10

My food was prepared fast and done with a smile no complaints when it comes to that The environment pretty cool the store was empty but very clean inside I definitely go back to dislocation for a snack or something to eat especially on a lunch break or something like that.
The coffee tasted watery down. .It tastes like dirty water with sugar ? At this place I have addressed the issues to an employees, and it’s seems they don’t know how to calibrate the coffee machine.

I’m sorry but the workers that were working Sunday morning (5/21@12:30pm) when I went are the rudest people I have ever encounter. I had to repeat my order four times for the lady to hear, and still, she gave me an attitude by saying to me very rudely “I can’t hear you, repeat yourself” just gave me the ick. And then on top of it, The same lady that first took my order looked at my coffee asked her coworker if it was finished being made, and then proceeded not to give it to me. I had to ask for my coffee if it was done and when I did, they both looked at me and said “yeah it’s been sitting here.” All I got was an iced coffee with caramel and oatmilk I didn’t ordered no attitude. I’m never coming to the Dunkin’ again and I suggest you avoid it too. The manager needs to fire these people.

I’m not sure what is going on. The location was clean except for the trash area. No napkins, and it was súper dirty. Just the trash area. It was supposed to be on a down time but they were meshing up everyone orders. It took 10 minutes to get my drink and I saw that they put on the screen that it was ready. The cashier was pressing ready but order was not coming out. The only thing they gave me was my bits but not the drink. I had to asked for it as well many other people. I saw few people coming back with the wrong order. Probably a new guy on-site but for me it was not great.

It just drives me nuts that the door at the top of the steps opens inward instead of out!!! When you have your hands full with drinks and treats, it's so hard to grab a handle and pull it towards you to leave, instead of being able to just push it with your whole body and head down the stairs. I thought all commercial doors were supposed to open outwards for fire safety anyway. (???) The seating is re-opened, which is nice.
