Food was amazing, beautifully decorated, and all the women working behind the bar were so nice! BUT someone who works there stole my jacket!!! I was here for a baby shower & had forgotten my jacket NOT at the bar but in the coat room…..i also live in Connecticut so I called back multiple times to make sure my jacket was still there and they confirmed it was. My brother DROVE all the way to Yonkers from Philadelphia to pick up my jacket and they told him that the manager had left for the day but because I called ahead of time & confirmed they still had it, they said they would mail it out to me. Never happened. I waited another week or two to give them a call back only to find out the managers have been fired and my jacket is gone…they don’t have it. So either the MANAGERS stole my jacket or someone still working there has it. Either way I’m not coming back here. I would’ve understood if they explained to me what happened instead of constantly telling me they have it & then one day all of a sudden they don’t…

I loved it here at Eileen's. My friend, who lives in the Bronx, and I were looking for a hearty brunch and Ellies hit the spot. On a Sunday morning this place was bustling but we were quickly seated. The menu has all of the brunch all stars: irish breakfast, omelets, steak and eggs, and breakfast burritos. I chose the garden omelet with a side of bacon. My friend is vegetarian and he had an easy time picking the breakfast croissant. The plating is well done and the portions are generous. They have some of the best looking and tasting homefries, and my omelets was light and cheesy. My friend's sandwich was stuffed with egg, cheese and avo and loved that their was a hashbrown in his breakfast croissant. Extra morning potatoes are always welcome. The service here is awesome! Looks like a family run operation with our young server (B?)Ryan making sure our table was well tended to. Had a great time here.

My wife and friends go here every Sunday after church. I started going with me wife around Christmas and the food is probably the best I've tasted in the neighborhood. It's also got great staff who are always attentive even when it gets busy. Highly recommend.

Warm and welcoming Irish restaurant that is great for breakfast or brunch. It is attached to the restaurant and bar Heritage. The staff, mostly from Ireland, are all lovely and attentive.

Eileen's Country Kitchen is situated in the heart of a very vibrant community close to all transportation. This restaurant has an extremely warm hands in personal touch by Eileen (the owner). When I called to arrange a luncheon for approximately 60 people after a funeral, Eileen asked a few questions and told me she would handle everything from the buffet choices to the beverages. What an outstanding experience we had beginning with the warm welcomes from Eileen and her staff, the high quality of the delicious dishes, as well as the very dedicated superb service. Our guests who were first time patrons have discovered a new place to enjoy a meal. Eileen's is a real gem on McLean

So my best friend lives in Yonkers and we usually go eat in other towns, but we decided to try something different and find a place in Yonkers that has great French toast. After doing some digging on Yelp, I found this place and decided to give it a try. This place has amazing food and a great concept for the seating. Half of the restaurant is a pub style and the other side looks like you are sitting in someone's homey dining room. The food tastes homemade and large portions for great prices. My best friend ordered the French toast and she raves about it all through breakfast. I decided to do a sampling lol and ordered the pancakes and eggs with home fries. The pancakes are fluffy and flavorful and the eggs were made to my liking while the potatoes were seasoned just right. I was so happy we came to this place and we will definitely be back! One thing I wasn't to happy on was how long we had waited to order our food. As soon as we sat down they drool our drink order and gave us our drinks quickly, but then no one came back for like 10min and that is because I had to stop one of the waitresses and asked if we can order. We had several people walk past our table and look at our stacked menus and did nothing about it. So that is why the 3-stars, the food and atmosphere saved this review cause the service wasn't the best. **The parking is terrible, so give yourself 10min to find parking if you have a reservation.

I came here because my sister is going to attend College of Mount Saint Vincent in the fall for college in Riverdale. We were looking for some place to get good breakfast and we found this place on yelp. It is a cute little cafe with Irish breakfast specialities. Our waitress name was Aine and she was so sweet. They gave irish soda bread to start. Prices are decent and the cafe is very inviting. I ordered the mclean ave sandwich which came with french fries. So tasty and worth the money. The other side of the cafe is the bar. I would highly recommend this place for anyone in the Yonkers area looking for places to eat.

Didn't expect it but, Eileens Country Kitchen was really superb. It was perfect. The menu is really great, a lot of really good choices, I had to go with Omelets, and it was great. Bonus that their service is so awesome, they are so quick and welcoming. Eileens Country Kitchen gets it right over and over again.

Eileen and her family capture the unique culture of this Irish enclave community in New York. The food is great and you truly feel like you are in Ireland.
