Came in on the recommendation of the person I was with. Sriracha chicken sandwich is terrible and flavorless. No hint of spice or Sriracha at all. Not even a pinch of salt. Bun also cold as if it came out of the fridge. Customer service was good. The gentleman who took our order was nice. Restaurant was clean. Would not return or recommend

I walked in and no one was in line so I stood there waiting. And waited. And waited some more. 3 other customers came in and were waiting behind me. The workers were walking around and preparing food so casually and leisurely, talking and laughing with each other, looking up at me but never saying anything for 20 minutes before I walked out without even being able to order. It felt like I was on a hidden camera show to see how long I can endure such a ridiculous scene. I will never go back, so I can’t even attest to the food.

I do not know what changed here (I'm assuming management) but I cannot express how disappointed I was with the downturn of this place. Last time I've been here was years ago and now returning they've seem to have removed their freestyle fountain drink machines for cheap improperly mixed Pepsi-only machines (disgusting) and started cooking with freezer burnt meat. I simply don't understand why such a sad and dissatisfying bland hockey puck of a burger would cost $15 and wet soggy fries cost another $7. Staff were friendly, food was cooked to order, it is sadly a very visible case of management cutting corners yet increasing prices. I've never been so offended to spend an outrageous $50 for two burgers, two drinks and fries.

Only a 2 because they are always very slow. Servers will not acknowledge you when you walk-in and are ready to order you... you will definitely stabs there wait for a few even when it's empty.

We wanted to try Elevation Burger because we had passed by it on a few occasions and it looked interesting. So we went in and tried it out. The food was very good and tasted amazing. The fries were very crispy and tasted fresh. My fiancé ordered a burger to see how it was. She typically isn’t a burger person, but she enjoyed this one very much. Horrible service after waiting just to order bc the guy behind the counter ignores you we ordered 2 burgers and 2 sides price was outragious at over $50, it also took and over an hour to get our food and they somehow managed to mess it up fried were also cold if i could give this place 0 stars i would i can say i will never be coming back STAY AWAY!!!!
