I would put 0 stars if I could. We waited for 2 hours for a delivery. In the end we decided to cancel and the guy was super rude about it, did not care at all. I don’t care if you’re busy you gotta figure it out. Our order was super simple there’s no reason for it take that long.

The WORST Chinese restaurant. Do NOT order from them. I placed an order and they had me wait 2 hours, when I called they said the delivery guy was on his way. Finally after 2 hours, I called again and they were so incredibly rude I just ended canceling. Do not give your business to this horrible company.There’s so many Chinese restaurants in Yonkers, do yourself a favor and order from another place that I’m sure has better customer service and won’t make you wait over 2 hours for food.

I’m a regular customer. Been going here for over a year now since my family moved here. Been going here for dinners and lunch, and it’s great. I mostly like to eat the same thing, but I also sometimes try something new, and it never disappoints. The entire staff is extremely nice, sometimes giving you free stuff just for being kind. I started ordering here because I was told the food was good. The “owner” behind the phone has terrible customer service. Because they assumed my address & went to their assumption he refused to send my food to the correct address. Told me it’ll be a 2 hour wait because he couldn’t understand my new address. He said he doesn’t deliver here even though he’s delivered here over 5 times in the past 6 months. I don’t even leave reviews…He’s super unprofessional & has lost another customer.

Horrible customer service . He rushed me to order unfortunately I wasn’t quick enough so he gave me back my money because he wasn’t having a good day so he told me to leave and have a good day . I mean we the customer are reason why your business is still running. God knows let us see how long they will last .

great food,when ever i order from here usually takes 20-30 mins and the delivery guy is aways very rude , got mad because i paid in singles and rudely passed me my food, i gave the delivery guy a tip and didn’t even say thank you …. where are the manners ????
