Alicia was in the server and she was spectacular. She came back to the table 2 times during our meal to make sure we were OK and some happy birthday to me her and her coworkers. It was a really nice experience. The restaurant was nice and clean the bathroom was superb, nice experience I went for lunch

Ariale was the best at not only helping us navigate the menu but her pleasant demeanor was so welcoming from the moment we sat down! She was very accommodating when it came to my nephew and his drink choices to make sure it wasn’t too sugary! Hands down the best service I’ve received in any place around here in ages!! Because of Ariale - I will definitely be back with my friends and family!

We have been wanting to visit hook & reel for a while but couldn't find the time. So glad we did because the food was delicious and full of so much flavor. We both had seafood boils and a lobster bisque, both did not disappoint. Our server Ariale was so sweet and full of great recommendations. We will be back soon, for sure!

I ordered the large catch.... UGHHHH.....the sauce was disgusting , way too watered down. It literally look like they poured water in the bag. No flavor at all. I paid $70 and I did not enjoy that seafood boil. The broccoli was overcooked. It was a mess. A waste of money. Then after reading the reviews ....i hope GEORGE, the manager is not still working there. Also, they are charging customers $15 per pound to take out their own food that they purchased. That is crazy. I see from many reviews that the attitudes suck. I believe every review that I read. THE FOOD WAS DISGUSTING. I ordered for the first time yesterday 04//06/24 and I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN. Y'all don't know how to cook seafood boil. Taking peoples money and serving bad food, and nasty attitudes is grounds for closing of the business.
Alicia was amazing as our server!!! She made sure we had everything we needed during our meal and was able to offer us some suggestions based on things she tried from the menu. I would love to have her again when we come back!
