If you want to be treated like complete trash, be sure to rent a space here at 28 wells avenue! The property manager, RALPH, is the most miserable human being on the planet. He does a lousy job as building manager. We didn't even have a toilet seat in the men's room for weeks. How is that even possible? Ask RALPH! Don't bother calling him or asking him to lift a finger. He'll just scream at you. Truly, avoid this place and go literally anywhere else.
