This KFC had a complete makeover recently and looks nice inside but the staff that work there always seem to have an attitude or don't like their jobs. They never come off as friendly and they could benefit from some people training. Food is good for the most part.Parking: located in a mini mall area, there's ample parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Its on the first level, easy access, but will need someone to hold door as they do not have automatic doors.

If you have a child don't get the kids meal, they only have bargain juice. They bluntly tell you they never have milk and they will charge you if you at the least want to substitute with water. It's ran on a budget it seems, they tell you that they can't substitute because the water is counted.Dietary restrictions: They don't let you substitute the drink in kids meals and only offer a caprisun. The milk isn't an option they have their own rules not KFCs...Kid-friendliness: Terrible

This place is disgusting , I had a whole issue with the workers . I was with my daughter and we had ordered the lady seemed like she was in a bad mood but we didn't instigate further, our food was taking long and we went to go ask if it was ready. She said yes one moment and she brought out our food but not the right size and with the price of a large , I don't think she heard because to me she seemed high . I had to repeat my order about 5 times until she understood correctly , she never ended up understanding because my order was wrong . I started to get upset because we had been there for 30 minutes and so was other people. So I asked for a refund , she took a very long time to give me my money back and she kept taking orders from other people and it was just stressing me out. The worker and the manager were both targeting my daughter and yelling at her trying to shut her up , my daughter wasn't feeling comfortable with the way they were looking at me and treating me so she got upset and these women who are super old are upsetting my daughter who is 14 years old and talking to her like if they want to hit her , I had to say I was going to call the police for them to stop because the manager did nothing but yell as well. After we got the refund , we left the store and they still continued to talk about us to the other customers waiting for the food . All the workers were not doing their job and they made us feel targeted and unsafe in there. It's not fair because we are consumers and we should not be treated like this. Because it's required to give a star, I did. However, I would prefer to give a negative rating if it were possible. The store is understaffed, and even though we went after regular dinner hours, there were people waiting for their food, evidently already annoyed, and a line almost to the door with no one taking orders. The three staff were working to fill UberEats orders, leaving the line to wait. My grandson and I were first on the line. When the worker finally came to take our order, we ordered a three piece meal, a bowl, a side of fries, and a pot pie. When we received our order, we were missing the pot pie which was not on the receipt, and the side order of fries, which we paid for. Because the line was long and the staff was soooo slow, we left. There was no way we were going to get our missing items, and it wasn't worth the wait. I'm in the habit of not returning to a place that cannot do the job. I don't love KFC in the first place, and this place isn't worth the time and effort.

Sadly, KFC lost it’s quality. The cheese on the BBQ Chicken sandwich was cold & cheap, as in fake cheese. The store stays empty. Low quality fast food, KFC used to be higher quality, now it’s Mcdonalds level.

While the remodel is very nice the new ge real manager is not very attentive. First he was more concerned about what was going on in his AirPods than customer service. So much so that he messed up my order. While it’s easy to go back and fix it I was in the clock and was not afforded that luxury. The place is nice but bring back the old crew.
