Wasted $56 on horrible food! Went with my daughters tonight and dined in ... lacks customer service, the food did not have any flavor, over priced chimichanga ($18) that tasted like total crap, they only had water, 1 bottle of sprite and 2 flavors of mexican soda to offer. One of the tables were rocky, they use white paper as table clothes .. oh and you get charged $2 for a small little cup of cheese which typically comes with tacos!! Will never be going back! THANK GOD FOR TACO PROJECT !!

Man, I really wanted to find a good Mexican spot. I ordered the simplest dish that could be made. I got the "Flautas de pollo" they were really hard and not supposed to be that hard. Didn't have much flavor to it to leave me satisfied. If your looking for real authentic mexican food don't come here. The sauces are horrible compared to real mexican sauce.

The tortas, and chicken-and-cheese quesadillas are really,really tasty but i do must admit that i love requesting a chicken-and black beans burrito to Sama the taco(s) i eat when i walk and stop-in to eat at Metate !!!

the good reviews must be fake.Everything I ordered lacked salt. Elote only had the thinnest layer of mayo and was obvs boiled in plain, saltless water. Tostones are the frozen kind and again no salt. The sandwich meat was bland, dry, burnt, hard and not the steak I had ordered. Bread was clearly from yesterdayIt’s a hot mess this place. Never again.

Have you ever had something, and then immediately asked yourself why you ever tried it from somewhere else? Let me tell you... I've been craving Birria Tacos for over a year! I actively search for them, and I've yet been able to get my hands on them... until today! Today I finally had them all to myself, and I did the happy food dance the whole way through eating them. I will preface this by saying I ordered them with the fresh corn tortillas. Yes, they're an up charge, but it's always worth it to get fresh. Second, they give 3 very good sized tacos. Grilled to perfection with an amazing consomé on the side. It also included 2 very tasty spicy sauces that went perfectly with it. This is so good and filling by itself, you don't need to have anything else. I've found my perfect taco spot! You gotta try it.
