I've been here a few times for the falafal sandwich with pickles. I love that this place is open. I just wish they wouldn't run out of their pies so early! Really affordable prices for fresh delicious food. The convenience of parking on the premises. A ridiculously large variety of beverages. Clean tables & chairs to sit. Free mint tea as you wait, and they have kulfi! No more needs to be said! Happy Yelping!

Customer service horrible ?Placed order over the phone and no one had any idea of my order. So I had to wait for them to make my Chicken Shawarma. Then the cook the guy with the black coat was flipping my sandwich with his hands no gloves on or anything and of course touching everything in the kitchen. I got grossed out and threw the sandwich away. Didn’t ask for refund or anything just took it and tossed it. I don’t recommend

Worst place, would never recommend. The guy has too much attitude and doesn’t give good service to customers. Gives customers with big order more priority.

You’re limited to literally three or four spots. What annoyed me about this particular location, is that I am a handicap person and there was someone parked in the handicap spot with the truck running, and they were not handicap. Furthermore, the people at this place barely understand English. I asked the guy if he had wheat bread to make a wrap. He had no idea what the hell I was talking about. The other thing is that they don’t greet you at all. You walk into this place and nobody even says hello. Granted, this is a business, so the guy is trying to make a living, right? But you have to have some kind of moral understanding that in this country you have to be nice. At least to your customers.. The other thing i wanted to point out is you have to order your food and find a table. There’s maybe two tables, so I wouldn’t recommend trying to dine in.Maybe they are good at takeout, but to sit down and try to have a meal. Forget about it… that is not gonna happen. We ordered two falafel sandwiches, and what we ended up getting was one falafel sandwich cut into two parts and then charged for two sandwiches. Very sneaky tactic. The taste of the falafels was fair. I would have at least appreciated some french fries with my 1/3 part sandwich. Would I go back here…? Probably not.Parking: Parking is lousy… order your food and leave. If you find a spot.

I ordered take out and the I had a whole chicken with rice tray, the guy at the register gave our order to the wrong guy and he held the bag that everything fell out of place, and the tray didn't even have a cover on it.But my main issue was the chicken shawarma that I ordered, it was okay, but up until I found a chewy piece everything else was cooked but I spit it out and it just looked weird, I don't know if it was raw but i will update this review in the morning after I have digested everything. But the shawarma itself was good, just everything except that one little piece. I don't know if I'll get the shawarma again after this.

Worth plays. The cashier is very unfriendly and rude . All kitchen is open and you can see workers. All of them totally ignoring costumes. Why they still in business with attitude to people like that?
