Went late at night with a pick-up order placed and the people closing that night were still friendly and full of energy even though I came in during the last hour of operation. Their energy and friendliness have made this location a great one!

Usually order from this location via Uber but went for the first time tonight. Good service, and compared to other locations they’re efficient for the amount of customers that come in batches. Wait? Yes - but it’s chicken, you don’t want it to be raw ✨

The food is ok can't say they are not good given the variety of different sauces and seasonings that you can get. Did i mention on the fires as well. But they do need to do a lil better when the wait time.
I want to preface this by saying that I was excited to try Wingstop and would never have expected this horrible experience. I walked into the store and waited around 10 minutes to be called to the register. Keep in mind there was nobody in front of me and about 2 people in the store sitting. One guy who had previously ordered was also experiencing some difficulties with his order because he waited for about an hour to receive the wrong order multiple times. I stood in the store witnessing the entire event while he was getting rightfully enraged. It seems as though you are being ignored when you walk in and you are a bother to the workers. Also, all the workers in the back seemed to be so busy with never-ending bundles of fries but DID NOT make my order FOR AN HOUR. If I hadn't been looking to try Wingstop for the first time, I would have walked out by now. Even the guy who was upset said "I've been standing here for an hour why are you guys making food for people who aren't even here!!!" When they looked over at me waiting they made it seem like I was not there at all. After finally getting my food, they acted like everything was fine and not like I had just stood in their store for an hour while there was nobody else in there. 6 workers. 2 customers. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Rude! Rude! Rude! Worker literally just looking at us like we were bothering him!! Did I say rude!! RUDE! What happened to Hello! How can I help you!! Not here! Not only did we wait forever for our order, we witnessed a ton of orders made incorrectly. Everyone complaining long wait times and incorrect orders. Not sure if there is a manager here but definitely need one ASAP!! Horrible

While waiting on the line several minutes , I was then going to Oder my wings and they received a phone call and the cashier girl started to take there Oder and left me there just waiting again , the right thing was to tell them toHold finish taking my order and then take there’s , honestly he enviroment look cool but the wait type is ridiculous and the cashier is rude also there systems where down which made it worst , thank you for my 5 single wings I never got !!!

Waited 20+ minutes for wings. Servers friend stopped by and chatted up (also served before us) as customers piled up. Thankfully a nice lady spoke up for us, then got our food. Opened up the fries and noticed hair. Wore no hair nets while preparing food. Should’ve looked at reviews before coming, wouldn’t

I placed an order with Uber eats on Thursday Nov 9,2023 from Wingstop at 2250Central Park avenue in Yonkers,it stated the order would reach me originally at 8:50,then 9:00 which led to 9:22pm,when I received the order,fries were cold(yuck) and they did not send my drink. What’s the sense of placing an order when everything is there but everything is not sent. Then I decide to call them since they messed up,the girl who answered said please hold,as I hold for almost ten minutes,I can hear their whole conversation,I hung up and called again,they decided to not answer which means they have caller I.D,reason why I say that is because I had my best friend call and they picked the dam phone right up(that’s such disrespectful etiquette for a business. Not only was I ignored but you didn’t send a part of my order,NOT GOOD,I will find a way to call their corporate,times are hard and I don’t deserve to be treated like this by this franchise!!!!! I will not be advising this company to anyone,what’s crazy speak to one of my friends,they will tell them that this USE TO BE my favorite franchise. Gotta do better!!!!!! so when I got inside the wingstop it was clean, nothing dirty, food service was good however, 25 minutes - 30 minutes I was looking around sitting in the chair, three womens came to the wingstop, and more womens there was only one boy and it was me, ONE BOY AND IT WAS ME! The girls was about to leave one of the girls spilled a juice, they didn't even clean it and then I got my food when I went back to my house I was gonna eat my food and actually it was good! I got fries and a chicken sandwich actually my first time coming there.
