Yard House has a lot of potential, but my experience fell a bit short. Visiting on a Friday night, the place felt understaffed, which led to longer wait times and less-than-ideal service. Additionally, I was disappointed to find out that they didn't have beers on tap during my visit. As a beer-focused establishment, it's crucial to be well-stocked and communicate clearly with customers about what's available.Despite these issues, I understand that it was a busy night, so I'll give them some grace. However, I only managed to have one beer before deciding to leave.Overall, Yard House has the makings of a great spot with its upscale-casual ambiance, classic rock music, and extensive selection of beers. With some improvements in staffing and communication, I believe it could reach its full potential and provide a more enjoyable experience for guests.

Usually yard house is my go to… but while visiting on Monday during lunch hours was a mistake. Lobster pasta was horrible and greasy, shredded lobster in the pasta and it was overcooked. $38 down the drain, then I order a Mojito had to send it back taste like club soda; ask for grey goose and cranberry and got house liquor instead!!! Headache upon drinking it… sad way to spend my wife birthday lunch. Her dinks were house liquor as well but paying for top shelf.. won’t be returning here at this location.

Very good place to hang out with your family and friends. My favorite appetizer is the onion rings tower. A great selection of beers and drinks. There is a tablet in your table that you can see the menu, order and also request the check, very helpful!

I ordered my food for pick-up through the website. I received a text that my food was almost done and to tap the link when I arrived at the restaurant.When I arrived and tapped the link, I was told that my order had been picked up! I called and was told that I would receive a call within 5 minutes and they would bring my food to the car. After 15 minutes, I went inside to get my order. No one had even bagged the food, no apology, nothing. Their curbside service is piss poor at this restaurant.

Went here to get dinner for my birthday. I got the spicy beef garlic noodles and my wife had the orange chicken. Honestly it was all going well until it felt like I was chewing on burnt rubber. When I checked there were loads of burned pieces of beef in my plate. I couldn’t finish my meal. It’s like the chef knew they were like that because the beef came under the noodles and the burnt pieces faced down. I was so disappointed accompanied by a lost appetite, I didn’t even want to send it back to kitchen.
Yardhouse is one of my restaurants in Ridgehill. ! The whisky pepper wings are a must try the next time you visit the yard house and a house-made margarita!!
