Located right outside the metro north train station so convenient to get to. Stopped here to get a beer & the French onion soup. The French onion soup was very good. It had big pieces of short rib beef in it. Great selection of tap beers. Has outdoor seating also. Will be back.

I went for brunch with friends on st. Pattys day. This was our second time there but this time was very underwhelming. Staff was ok, our main waiter did not really pay attention to us as we each had the bottomless drinks. Had to request refills from different waiters that passed by. Food was not the best. Friend ordered nachos with steak and there were about 3 pieces of steak smh. Had to return and luckily they did take it off our bill. Another friend ordered the California wrap. Cheese was not melted and fries were dripping in grease. My chicken and waffles were ok. Not the best place for food but drinks were good. Maybe just had a bad day but I will definitely not be returning.8/24 my friend got food poisioning from the California wrap she had.

The concept of this establishment for brunch is great, but the execution for it is not. Here’s why:On the menu, they list Chicken & Waffles as ‘fried chicken.’ However, I asked before ordering if it was bone-in or chicken tenders. It was chicken tenders. I cannot justify paying near $20 for chicken tenders and a waffle. If you don’t know how to fry chicken or what chicken & waffles actually is, don’t offer it. Or better yet, make sure your kitchen actually knows what it is. It’s probably the simplest dish you can offer at brunch.Bao Buns - I asked the size because I know they can vary. They were described as the size of an empanada. Accompanied by eggs and greens, I was willing to compromise and pay the $18. However after I ordered, I was informed the kitchen did not have bao buns. Why is it that the kitchen didn’t inform the servers or management that they didn’t have inventory at the start of business? I ended up getting wings and they were decent. You really have to work hard to mess up wings though. But also, maybe not for this morning’s kitchen staff. If you’re wondering why I didn’t get a burger or a wrap, it’s because if I wanted that, I would have gone to Shake Shack or the deli.My husband ordered the Breakfast Burger, which came out without the eggs and other details. The server immediately noticed when I asked my husband what he got and took the plate back to the kitchen. Reading is fundamental, and is absolutely necessary in any industry. Also, the burger wasn’t flavorful and was served with fries (menu said home fries, which are like a chopped up hash brown or cubed potatoes). Definitely not worth $18.I’d also like to note the guest next to us ended up having a problem with their order and had to explain to the chef how to fix it. I’m just confused as to why that even had to happen. She was nice about it, but the chef was visibly frustrated because she corrected his mistakes. Competency is important.I’m sure YBC is great when it’s lunch, dinner, or if you’re drunk and don’t care what your food looks like. However, I won’t experience that because first impressions matter a lot in the service industry. Also, have a manager every day of the week because if you’re comfortable having incompetent employees, you need to handle the repercussions. ESPECIALLY on St. Patrick’s day.Shoutout to our server, Michael, though. He handled everything so professionally and was profusely apologizing to literally every table because that’s how many plates were sent back.

March 11, 2024, was my first time ever going to Yonkers Brewing Co. My server, Joseph, was very nice and accommodating from the time I placed my order to the time I left the establishment. I ordered a simple burger and fries. Everything was cooked the way I wanted it, and the fries were some of the best I had in a very long time. I want to try more items from their menu, so I will definitely be coming back.

This is a great place for a meal and a delicious beer. Their Ray’s IPA is so good, up there with some of the best brews from Vermont. Nice wait staff, fast service, and close to the Yonkers MTA Train Station.

Tasty food. Good selection. Nachos were off the chart. "Rays" hazy IPA went down smooth. Parking a bit of a challenge. Enjoyed live music while there.

This place is great, very friendly wait staff and awesome food. They nailed the sour ale we had, passion fruit is hard to do but they nailed it.
