We come to Yonkers Miasarnia from upstate NY by West Point. The Pierogies are great and they become a different dinner for us. We always buy their Kabonosy which is very tasty and when it gets totally dried, it's addictive !!! Their Hot Mustard is great too, as is their Sauerkraut. But my absolute favorite item from Yonkers Miasarnia is their Herring in Cream Sauce. It's the BEST that I have ever had. Better than any commercially made product. WOW !!!
If you want the best Kielbasy, pierogi, sour kraut, horseradish or ham this is your place. Our family has been going here for more than 50 years. My mother was from Yonkers and moved to Rockland but always made the trek with me in tow and not I carry on the tradition because its is the best.

Lisa is the best...over 50 years the shop has been making wonderful food...best piergois by far and the kielbasa is all smoked right there. Run don't walk and you will thank me a million times!!
