The worst Starbucks in America! If you are passing through, just keep driving and find another Starbucks. Unfortunately I live in the area so I'm stuck going from time to time. It is not managed well, everyone needs to be retrained. They sit the orders on the counter and walk away without calling your name so every one has to walk over to see if it's their drink. When they put the drinks down, they down face the label where you can read it so everyone has to touch the drinks to see who it belongs to. When you order food, they make all the food at once and bring over ten orders at a time instead of bringing a few orders over as things are in the oven so some orders are fresh and others are not. Teenagers work there on the weekends and in the summer and there are unprofessional shift managers that yell at them when they mess up and try to embarrass them instead of leading by example. If the wait time on the app says 8-11 minutes bet on 20 especially in the morning or on weekends. Whatever experience you think of when you think of Starbucks you won't get at this location so just keep driving unless you have no other choice.

First she made it ice coffee then in a venti when I got a tall then a hot with a venti again so we left and the drink also had milk were I said no milk and it tasted

Grossly understaffed. If this location can not handle the walk-in crowd, they need to shut mobile orders down. Staff at this location spoke inappropriately and rudely to a senior citizen who just wanted to know where their order was since they waited a 30-minute period, and I would avoid this location at all cost. This location really needs to re-evaluate their service. Rude management and under trained staff.

One of the WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. Dirty, messy, full trash cans. Did a mobile order and still had to wait 15 min for 1 drink. Absolutely unacceptable. Staff could care less that the line was wrapped outside and the drive thru line was also wrapped around the building.

Whenever I come here, my order is always correct and my drink always taste great, but I do not think that they should have mobile orders, in-store pick up and drive-through open at the same I don't know if they are understaffed or what, but they take forever every single time, even my mobile order of one drink took 25 minutes.

New girl is so rude!!!! this is the third time I have to deal with her and it gets worse every time so this time I had to leave my review.Not even gonna explain what happened but oh god she needs to learn how to be nice, patient and learn so much more. I miss the old crew.

Worst Starbucks ever. Went here on Thursday. Waiting for 15 mins at the register while the employee fill up their supplies. So just left. It’s like a mad house in this store every time I walk in here. Last time I was here, took 45 mins to get coffee.
