This is my favorite place to eat while visiting central NY. The food is amazing. Hummus, Kibbe, tabbouleh, fresh pita bread, it's all absolutely amazing. Seagan and Mary are the nicest people you'll ever meet. This is a must stop location if you enjoy Middle Eastern food!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp attached to the front door and wide paths throughout.

All the food is very good here people are very friendly owners are the best ! A lot of variety for take out specials are the best love the excellent bread etc And always clean cheery friendly and bright in there can't say enough good things about this place try it for yourself !

This was my first time in this hidden gem. The best hummus and tzatziki ever! They even give you some free flatbread to go along with it staff was so nice and made me feel very welcome. I will definitely go back for some of the hot food items next time. Highly recommend!

Best humus and tabouli ever! Karam's have been in business forever and they know what they're doing. They bake their bread right there. I love the homey atmosphere and the conversation between the regulars. Don't miss out on the chicken and rice also.
Very busy top of the line foodie Mediterranean food and bakery is so yum!!!!! Won't regret this hole in the wall place hidden away from main streets.
