I never like to leave bad reviews, but I would like to specifically leave this one star review for the most rude and terrible customer service I’ve ever received. I simply was trying to buy some pizza for dinner for my family and asked the cashier how her day was going. No response. Then asked l: “what do you want”So I asked if there was any hot n ready cheese pizzas, she just stated: “no” with a nasty attitude. Then, the worker in the back said he has pepperoni, so I bought that. All of this I could get past, maybe she was having a bad day BUT when I paid for my meal in cash, she proceeds to aggressively throw the change across the counter at me.I have nothing against little ceasers and have loved their pizza and affordability since I was a kid, but this employee doesn’t deserve to have a job truthfully.The food was great, no complaints there. Customer service was non existent.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread with a coupon for them free I arrived at the store and the manager told me he was never trained on how to use a coupon I then proceeded to pay for another order I ordered and he gave me half of the order I placed over the phone and when I told him that wasn't correct he told me to leave because he wasn't going to argue with me I proceeded to tell him I wanted the rest of the order and he threw the other order at me through the window horrible training and customer service I am not happy fix you're attitudes
What is the point of having a phone???? You guys haven't answered it in 6 months.

Never again will I order from the Little Caesar's on commercial drive. Ordered one of the specials last night for dinner. Said it would be done at 6. Got there at 6 and wasn't even close to being done. Finally got my dinner at around 630. When I got home and opened it, the pizza was burned, not cut, and barely edible. The other pizza was the pretzel crust style which is suppose to be made with nacho cheese , not one ounce of nacho cheese on the whole pizza. Not recommended.

This Little Caesars is great always fresh pizza, the service is not exactly super personable but not bad. They do a hell of job with they're pizza, I gotta say probably the best Little Caesars I have ever been to. Food 5 STARS

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I came here at 1:45pm, 6/7/23, and the young black male at the counter never greeted me, never offered suggestions of any kind, and never thanked me! I'd give him a letter grade of F! The counter person SHOULD say, "Good Afternoon sir! How may I help you!". Or "Hello! Welcome to Little Caesar's, may I take your order please!". At the conclusion of the sale, you should say something like "Thank you for visiting Little Caesar's, please come again!". Or say "Thank you! Have a good night!". I GOT NOTHING FROM HIM! I'm only giving you 2 stars because the pizza was warm! I should give you 1 star because you ran out of lunch special pizzas! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER LITTLE CAESAR'S!! Believe it or not, there's many other pizzerias in the Utica, NY area!!
