Amazing food and incredible service. Never had a better chicken florentine ever. A must in central NY!

This place replaced cavallos for best wings in the area. Also decent wine for a beer joint. #Witherfall

I order from Symeon's from time to time, but this time we decided to go for a sit-down dinner and I'm glad we did! Service was excellent and our server was great. There are a couple different dining areas; one feels more like a typical restaurant dining room and the other felt more diner-ish so the layout and vibe is a bit different than what I expected. I ordered the Xanthi pita sandwich and loved it, especially the crispy eggplant in it! If you're a dessert person, try the Baklava Cheesecake!

We had a lovely lunch date! It had been 25-plus years since we had been to Symeon's. Symeon's was my 1st of many serving and restaurant positions over the years. It was a wonderful learning experience at 18-19 years old. It was just as I remembered! Of course, I had to order all my favorite eats. The calamari and the fried eggplant never disappoint. The antipasto for two is big enough for 3 to 4 people to enjoy plenty of its wonderful Greek ingredients. I ordered the Thracian chicken dinner (so I could bring half of it home) with double of the yummy rice pilaf side, and my husband ordered the fish pita sandwich with some of the best onion rings. The atmosphere of traditional Greek art and artifacts make for a quaint dining experience. Clean, well lit, and organized. The service was impeccable! I believe one of our servers was named Ruth. Both of our servers, as one relieved the other (very professionally), were informative and willing to offer suggestions and were patient as we took our time making our decisions. We will not wait that long to revisit this establishment again. Thank you for a lovely dining experience!

I was an intern through Culinary Arts BOCES back in 2017 so this is a bit of an old review; but as I interned there, I brought my boyfriend at the time there for several dates since he'd never eaten there. He loved it. I was able to recommend different dishes that I knew were all prepared with care, love and hospitality. Things in the kitchen can always get a bit crazy and overwhelming so it was refreshing to see the back of the house was just as calm and collected as the front. Now; I've eaten there since more recently and still love and adore the food. Hospitality is heart warming and the owner loves to check in on everyone when he's there. Which seems to be more often than not; since he seems to be there every time I eat there! Highly recommend for the Greek-Utican experience. Good food, great service.

We are not locals, but have visited a few times when passing thru the area. They have a few things on the menu that you are not likely to find elsewhere. The food and service are both very good.

The food was amazing. The cheesecake backlava was delicious (chef's kiss). One of the best (if not only) restaurants in the area.

The food was very good, the server was extremely attentive. It was a bit noisy. We had to weave our way to our table but that wasn't too bad. The prices seem a little high but, most restaurants have been forced to raise their prices due to the increased cost of food. Which the suppliers are making record profits for, so it's understandable. It's a nice change from the usual food we get in the area. I highly recommend you try it.

Tastes like the Olive Garden of Greek food, not very authentic and wraps were overall plain. Overall not impressive compared to hole in the wall Greek places.

Got the tzatziki with pita and dolmades cold for the app. A burger with a Greek salad and rice pilaf for dinner and the baklava cheesecake for dessert. Delicious! Only complaint is the lack of kalamata olives. Can't only have one in the salad.
