The staff is screaming at each other and the patrons are waiting for ages. All the drive through people are having to return inside to get orders corrected. Rude, wrong orders, half of the food is cold by the time the other half of the order is corrected. Worst Wendy's I have ever been to. This is not an isolated case.

I spent 50 bucks here and was very disappointed never ever again.. now i know to check if the food is all there AND atleast edible smhh. Fast food should still be accurate and edible. I asked to speak to the Manager they lied and said they were the managerThen proceeded to Ignore me the rest of the time that I asked questionsxxxxxEDITEDxxxxxx.***I went inside and the boys their were very friendly and helped me immediately when they saw me in tears of frustration. ****××××××EDIT×××××× Apparently those boys were in on the whole game of not taken any orders they only took mine because they thought i was good looking. SMFH .okRegardless I watched 6 cars drive up to order and then pulled away after she said (i shouldnt say "she" I should say "they" would not take their orders. If I never entered the building I would have left empty handed like the many cars who got turned away. Or maybe if i wasnt attractive I wouldnt have gotten my order either. Shut this place down, it's an embarrassment. Lobby is never open during normal business hours because employees never show up for work. Things are always unavailable as well regarding order ingredients. Every time. The franchise owner has a room temperature IQ apparently, not sure how else this would be allowed to happen for so long. I won't bother ever coming back here after a lifetime of patronage to Wendys!
Most incompetent staff I've ever seen. No line in the drive thru and they couldn't take my order because they were "understaffed". Bro I'm the only person in line at 7pm but maybe if Jerome the cook wasn't going out for a wacky-tobaccy smoke break every hour then maybe they'd have the decency to make an actual meal, and these people think their jobs deserve a raise! I'm going to email the person in charge and hope they hire some actually competent people.
