A friend of mine came in here Sunday night around 7ish. The owner looked annoyed that we were there. They had to check to see if they had what we wanted. The owner looked like he hasnt showered in days, dirty t-shirt, dirty pajama pants. Kept pointing towards the screen for a tip, and my friend is blind. He wears glasses and has a cane, but the owner kept pointing to the screen. I finally asked my friend do you want to tip. He said no, he doesnt want to tip someone so rude.

The tea selection is great and atmosphere is very nice, however their staff will up charge you if you don’t know any better. Honestly was not expecting this from this place but one of the teas was unlabeled with the price and when it came to packaging and checking out they “guessed” the price to be a lot more than what it typically is. I let it slide because I was not going to argue over one dollar.I did call them out when the packaged my tea when they put the label on it stating the true price but at that point they had already charged me and I had payed for it. Always double check and make sure what you’re paying for is the correct price before paying because the workers will take advantage of you.

This place is a true gem! I came here with a few girlfriends and had a great time. I ordered the chai latte and it was delicious. I also ordered a blueberry danish that was perfection! The gentleman at the register was very friendly and joking around with us. The atmosphere is cozy and has a bit of a cool retro vibe. It was very crowded but didn't feel overcrowded. I can't wait to return!

Such a cute coffee shop right in highland square. Stopped in with girlfriends after yoga and had iced chai lattes - absolutely delicious and such a great moody vibe inside. Love the records they have framed and the different assortment of furniture. Reminds me of a little NYC shop. Can't wait to come back and try some pastries. The baristas were sweet and great with suggestions.

Charming hangout! As You walk in immediately you feel welcome. Someone from behind the bar says "Good Morning!" Or whatever pleasant salutation is regarded at the moment. The employees are top notch! They get your order correct and quickly. Nice variety of delicious bakery and sandwiches. They have these homemade pies and cakes. They look amazing and taste even better! Not sure who is responsible for these bakery items. Scones and buttery fresh croissant. However you "baker person." Keep'em comin! The ambiance is laid back and musically and literarily artsy This is the place I gauge all other coffee spots by. If you've not been to Angel falls you're missing out on a truly unique experience. Next time you drive or walk by. Come on in. You too will make this place a fond spot to relax and enjoy.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in the Northeast Ohio area. They are always friendly, the place is cozy, located close to all sorts of other interesting things and they have an amazing tea selection.I'm sad that I don't live closer because I would love to spend more time there. Highly recommended!
